Andy is the best! Until today I’ve never even heard of nor been to Pinkbox. He was so polite & patient. He catered my drink to my liking made the perfect coffee & genuinely & actively listened, actually caring. He walked us through the highlights of the menu & was funny saying “wait for it” introducing the new menu item, went over all specials I was so informed & he allowed me a generous amount of time to make selections, answered questions made sure I understood & gave his recommendation to help me when I struggled to chose & the reasoning behind his recommendation so it made sense & improved my selection speed despite it taking a while for me to place an order. I didn’t feel like just a number but a person with value. As a woman who struggles with choices, adhd, rush culture & life in general, I deeply appreciated this that at least for a moment the struggle was less at Pinkbox. He made the process amazing, simple, informed & practical. Like a breath of fresh air. His kindness was out of this world. You can tell when someone doesn’t like people, their job, their life or takes personal baggage to work & Andy is as far opposite of that as you can get! Truly he’s so positive & I can see it shows that he cares about his job & us as people & patrons & is a down to earth just kind person is just how he is & that is so rare these days, maybe I’m just used to the opposite type of people so it’s such a culture shock to see this in a person. Pinkbox is very blessed to have him! Returning home, I’m saddened we do not have an Andy nor a pinkbox. I have never encountered a more polite, patient, & kind individual behind a drive through in my 32 years of life! The next time I come to Vegas I am going to this location. Don’t let go of him, he deserves a promotion or something that...
Read moreAbsolutely terrible. I came in with my autistic 5 year old little cousin. We came into the store when it was extremely busy. My little cousin was extremely excited to pick out a donut, by the entrance theres a large statue of a pink poop donut and he ran over to it and started hugging it and when he started to climb on it, before i could correct his actions one of the workers, her name was anna, ( i asked another one of the workers, everyone else was great and showed so much hospitality to us. ) she started yelling from behind the counter telling me to control my kid and that I need to be a better parent. He and I did absolutely nothing to deserve that treatment as we were in nobodies way and he did absolutely no damage to it. The entire store went silent except for him starting to cry. It was absolutely heartbreaking and I was so upset that someone could treat a kid a such a manner. I was absolutely disgusted with her behavior and as the other workers were shocked she stormed out and left 2 of the kids working in the front with at least 10 customers they looked so confused and stressed. . The other employees were so kind and offered us a free donut for him and that made him feel so much better. I absolutely love pinkbox I just would never go to this location again if the lady who brutally yellled at my little cousin is still there. so heartbreaking as we used to...
Read moreThis was my first time at any Pinkbox Doughnuts. I've always wanted to try it, but I was waiting for this one to open when I used to live in an apartment nearby.
It was clean, and I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Andy and Audrey were a pleasure to talk to. I did not feel rushed, and they answered my million of questions from how pricing worked to the different flavors they offered. They also gave me excellent recommendations! Andy made me my hot chocolate and made sure I liked it before I left the store, so he can make me a new one if I wasn't satisfied. However, it was great! When I ordered the doughnuts, he also changed gloves after touching any doughnuts containing peanuts. (I'm assuming to protect those with a peanut allergy.)
I ordered a pee-weez (their version of a doughnut hole), pooh doughnut, gimme s'mores doughnut, pretty in pink doughnut, smashin' apple doughnut, have a Snickers doughnut, holy peanut butter, and a hot chocolate. Out of the ones I've purchased, I tried the pee-weez, pretty in pink, smashin' apple, have a Snickers, and the hot chocolate. Audrey recommended the smashin' apple doughnut to me, and it was my favorite out of the ones I've tried so far.
The attention to detail in the service was phenomenal! I am in that area pretty often, and I would...
