I ordered for curbside coz i have my sleepy & hungry toddler in the car. I thought it will be convenient and we can save time. When I get the notification my order was ready, I immediately clicked I’m here coz Im already parked in the curbside pick up area. I waited for 15mins but nothing. So I decided to call the store to let them know i’m already parked outside and been waiting for 15mins already. They said they’ll bring out my order right away. I waited another 15mins and still nothing. my daughter is already sleeping in the car, she fell asleep waiting for the flatbread I ordered for her. Since they are taking forever to bring my order to me, i decided to call them again and i was told somebody is bringing out my order already but i was not interested with the food anymore, i wanted to tell them that i just want my order cancelled and get a refund since it was over 35mins already since my order was marked ready and almost 40mins already i am waiting outside but they didnt let me say anything, after they told me somebody is bringing my order out they hang up the phone. I wasn’t irate or anything on the phone. But since they just hang up the phone on me, I waited another 10mins before they finally brought my order to me. But upon checking on the food after I received it, they are all cold already (i ordered flatbread and soups). At this time i am annoyed already so I went ahead on their online customer care to file a complain but when I was about to submit my complain, it errored so Im not sure if my complain went through. Read moreAs a patron and a sip club member, I’ve met at least 4 different managers at this location in the past year and I’m realizing it’s the company policy. All the previous managers that I have known are all courteous and respectful until the new female manager that I encountered on July 1st. I’ve been a loyal Panera customer for over two years and have been coming to this location for over a year and have never had any issue until today. I always placed my orders on the App and picked them up later. Today, without checking the order I already placed and accepted, she suddenly confronted me about my sip club membership and jumped to a conclusion that I am not a member (she implied I was stealing their drinks) and angrily said “I will give you the drink TODAY, but just this one time”. OMG, she caught me but was still doing me a favor because she has a kind heart. She acted like a Karen, not a store manager who is supposed to provide service for customers, not to mention a patron like myself who have been coming to this location for over a year. As a sip club member or not, I already placed the order on the App which can be easily verified on the store computer screen therefore my drink has been covered either by my sip club annual membership fee or already paid for with my card if I am a non-member. She was rude, unprofessional and obviously doesn’t have a brain. I was forced to verify my membership with her on my phone because I can’t stand any baseless accusation. She never apologized. An employee with this kind of horrible service and attitude should be fired instead of being promoted to be a manager. ...
Read moreThe manager, Erin, is the best! The delivery driver dropped off my order at the wrong place and proceeded to argue with me that they(elderly couple working as 1 driver) dropped it off at the correct apt. When they finally retrieved my bag of food, the woman wanted to complain to me about how difficult it was to find addresses if you're a delivery driver and apparently Google maps wouldn't work for them. I stood outside my building listening to her fibb to me that they were there but read the wrong sign to me. I gave up arguing, hung up on the drivers and called the store. As soon as I told Erin what happened she flew into action. She banned those drivers from delivering for that store anymore, she had a new order made for us and got us a new delivery driver. As i explained to her, we just got back from an out of town funeral and were just too exhausted to drive....which is why we were having it delivered in the first place. I don't usually rate places but wanted to for this incident because after all the frustration, she was able to make it right with her quick and decisive action and she even followed up to make sure our order was delivered correctly....
