I took a pair of Versace sunglasses to be repaired at this store that turned into a fiasco. The store workers and manager were unhelpful and actually damaged the sunglasses. A screw came loose from the glasses and the store clerk replaced the screw with a larger screw and stripped the hardware. The clerks suggested that I order another set of screws and I did. They never called me when the order arrived. I returned to the store after a two weeks to see if the screws arrived. They did, and the clerk could not use the ordered screws because the hardware was stripped by the oversized screw they put in earlier. I asked for help fixing the problem and the clerk said I had to talk to the manager. I gave them telephone numbers but they never called. My wife returned to the store (the glasses belong to her) and tried to get help from a different clerk. That clerk was unhelpful and said we must talk with the manager. Another two weeks pass and no contact. Sarah, the store manager, was at the store tonight and she was unhelpful and disingenuous. She said she could not do anything, she had spoke with her regional manager and said the hardware was stripped before her clerks ever touched the glasses. When asked for contact info from her regional manager, she said should could not provide the name or phone number and we could look that up ourselves. We were told we had to order a replacement screw, which we did and paid for. Meanwhile, the employee proceeded to install a temporary screw which was too big therefore stripped the hindges. Now the correct screws came in and no longer work. We had to come back to the store three times as the manager never contacted us. We came in only to receive less than helpful service and response from manager acknowledging the employee should have not worked on glasses, however there is nothing she can do. I was not told it takes 2 MONTHS for a refund check!!!! That is absurd. They have their product back and have probably sold it again and I am since August STILL waiting for my refund! I filed a BBB complaint and will be pursuing other investigation from the FTC. I will NEVER shop here again and warn anyone from doing business with them.
