I manage a store in the Layton hills mall and have visited this stand twice for coffee. The lovely barista - I meant to grab her name but I suck -- she's super kind and was willing to make a coffee off the menu, despite not being familiar with the name of it each time. I found this cute coffee kiosk located in front of kay jewelers in Layton Hills Mall while I was out shopping. Their signature coffee drinks are smooth and flavorful, and they also offer a variety of fresh breakfast items, croissants, muffins and cookies which makes it a perfect stop any time of day.
