I got my Son a Lg strawberry boba. I asked if its like a slushy they said yes. They made it, my son didn't like it. It was $8. Wasted. I asked if I can have a refund, credit or if they can re make me a drink. This girl said "no, you already bought it, we used our product, if you want a new one I can make it and charge you". I asked her if they don't care about Customer Service. She straight up said no because we used our products already and it is slushy and that's how we are taught to make it so if you don't like it it's your fault . Im not about ripping companies off but the attitude and not wanting to replace a drink because they already used their product is really just absolutely the worst customer service I ever received. We used them for catering for a party and their prices were much more reasonable than the place we were going to use. More importantly, their sushi was delicious! And the platter displays were beautiful - you could tell they took time and care. We had a huge variety of rolls, and everyone at the party complimented various ones and were picking different favorites. The owner is great to work with too. Will definitely order...
