I ordered a firearm online via the website app, and paid for it using a Bass Pro Shop card. I waited for the item to be shipped to store and be available for pickup. I arrived to pick up the firearm on the date it was available for pickup, and was directed to the Hunting Department in the back of the store. There were quite a few associates, all assisting others, with multiple people standing around waiting to be assisted. There were signs to get into the queue, and I got into the queue and waited. Two hours later, I'm finally able to be assisted. Phillip was top notch, helpful, answered questions, gave tips, was personal and enjoyable to be assisted by. Phillip made the entire situation much better after waiting so long to be assisted. I personally think a firearm ordered online should be able to be processed and picked up quicker than having to wait in the queue with everyone else. You've already gotten my money. I purchased what I wanted. I was there to pick up the item, not wait in line for two hours waiting just to pick it up. Others in the store were shopping and didn't know what they wanted, nor had they given money to you yet. I think the process for online purchases needs to be improved at this store, as I don't think someone who's already paid for an item should have to wait in the same line as people who haven't given any business to you yet. Or there needs to be a priority queue line specifically for people who have purchased online and are just there to pick up the item and do the paperwork. If it wasn't for Phillip, I honestly probably wouldn't have considered waiting much longer and would have probably just went and cancelled my order and went to Academy, who had the item $25 cheaper at the same time. Read moreWe went on a Sunday; my in laws came to visit and wanted to look at boats. We live over an hour from any Bass Pro Shop but this one is the closest. I can’t tell you enough how wonderful and awesome the employees all are here. I believe the boat sales man’s name is Charles and he was beyond patient, patient, patient! I think my in laws looked at 10 boats and asked a million questions and Charles was so so helpful and amazing! They saw boats in and outside and finally decided on one. Ask for him he’s definitely a professional at what he does! I also needed a new pair of sunglasses and the 2 friendly helpful ladies in that section really helped me and my husband find what we liked. They were busy at the time we went but still had the time and patience to help everyone. I had been looking for over 30 minutes and the younger lady asked what style or brand or lens shape I wanted. I told her and she showed me a few pairs and found what I wanted. The cashiers at the front desks and checkouts were just as nice and friendly. They carried conversations with you, asked about your visit and your day. We had been there for several hours and we walked through the whole store while my in laws did their thing and every employee we would see would ask if we needed help with anything or needed help finding something. Read moreWelp. I had 2 decent, too really good experiences here with knowledgeable staff and great customer service, Thanks Conrad, Ray, Lewis and the little huspanic lady who was amazing. Then yesterday night came and there was some simple mistakes made while I bought some paddles at a previous visit. The paddles were different but the same due to being a different color. I was literally telling the sales associate what happened and what was going on but they couldn't read the receipt. Literally had me talked into believing that I had stolen a paddle, even if by accident of their store associate not ringing it up when I thought I had. At the end of it Noah got to the bottom of it, even if I was in the atore for nearly an hour to rethrn something I had boughten a few days earlier that had been rung up incorrectly.
