I am not sure what is happening with my grocery store. I think the management has changed and it doesn't appear to be for the good of the customer anyway. Lately with all of the in-home deliveries and grocery pickup there are so many cars blocking the owl it's difficult for shopping at times with the customers who like to shop for themselves like me. Additionally with the self-checkout has been very cumbersome because if you accidentally bump into the weigh scale or stand too close to your bags the alarm shuts down the process and you have to wait 10 or so seconds for the ability to scan your items again. I don't know what is going on with this?. So when the light goes on asking for around and there's no one insite.... Hmmm. I average about 3.88 to Kroger because I like fresh produce. I buy all of my gas from kroger. I think the new management needs to step back. Try to hire some of the recent employees that I don't see here anymore. And get back on track. Read moreSeveral of my colleagues have been to this HEB grocery store after work wearing their scrubs. The management has turned them away because they are wearing scrubs and a mask. In addition, about 75% of other patrons are also wearing masks. It is obvious that this location is discriminating against healthcare workers as they are not allowed in the store and, the management as well as employees are reacting in a rude manner. I initially felt that HEB was doing a good job at handling the struggle brought on by the invisible enemy. However, It seems obvious that these folks are moving very much toward the witch hunt mentality. BTW, I am very welcome at ALL Kroger locations...and any other open...
