Our experience with this store is uneven. Our salesperson was actually the store manager and he did an excellent job throughout the sales process. Unfortunately our delivery experience was an example of how not to treat your customers. We were given a delivery window between 730AM and 10AM on a Saturday, a little early but we could accommodate. Once the delivery crew team arrived they did an initial inspection to make sure the new items would fit. Once confirmed, they also confirmed that they were removing three pieces and recycling, which we paid for up front. The delivery team came back to explain they didn't have room on their truck to take the pieces that we paid them to remove. They had one of their customer service reps on the phone to explain that they couldn't honor their contractual obligation. But they could come back on Monday.

Long story short, that conversation didn't go well and Marlene proceeded to be very rude in explaining why Mattress Warehouse couldn't honor the deal they signed with us. Marlene blamed everyone to include our sales rep. She took no ownership of the mistake and left a very bad customer experience for us; sorry for the long post but better you have some insight when making your decision.
