Update 10-27-21 This group is in the same space. Some managers go above and beyond to help. Some managers are just helpful and then some are just full of excuses and "can't" help. (That's tonight's manager)
If your order is placed online. The website specifically gives directions for a return at this type of store and an online reps give this as a location you can make a return.
At first the reason for not accepting the return (which is still in the factory packaging) is because it needs to be a "polo" purchase (not a rrl, purple label or Ralph Lauren purchase). Then After seeing that it actually is a polo purchase, I'm told I can go online and print a return label and bring it back to them and they can ship it for me š³. There are no actual returns at this store if you purchase the product online.
The 1āļøšš½ is well earned tonight. The misinformation over a phone call which led to an hour drive is really where the frustration is rooted.
Apologies after the drive is made are so worthless and the in store credit solves nothing. The item was purchased less than 3 days ago online and I want a refund, I was told āwould be no problem over the phoneā. The product looks very little like the image online and it was not tried on (still in the plastic).
The receipt is present and the item has not been removed from packaging, so whatās the problem? Calling the corporate number or mailing the product in is super inconvenient now that Iām here. The incompetence at this location is way up there.
