I am not one to write bad reviews because I know how difficult and stressful the customer service side of things can be, but I felt the need to write about how negative an experience my mom and I had during our trip here over the Thanksgiving Holiday. We only had a couple of questions regarding items in stock, yet the rudeness and attitude received from both employees working was appalling. My mom and I walked out of there feeling pretty awful. We were friendly, polite, and just asking for some help. The store was not busy at the time and we were treated with such attitude and disrespect that I will no longer be coming to this location again. It was my first time going there and i will never go again . There was this older white lady working there the day I came in and while I was looking around to see what I was going to buy she was following my every move like if I was going to steal something she even pretend like she was fixing the things I would touch just to be able to get a better view on what I was doing . That made me so uncomfortable I just ended up leaving and not purchasing anything because of the way i was treated and the way she made me feel .....

We are shocked this place has such high reviews. Aside from the product and price point, we would never ever shop here. The customer service reps are lazy, can not be bothered by a single customer. Any time you want to view a product or have any questions; they huff, puff and make it seem like it’s some sort of work. We were recently there on Tuesday. My wife ended up buying $80 worth of items, however was left underwhelmed with the customer service. She probably would have walked away with more if her questions...
