Purchased ring set on 8/19/22. Had to have sized and told it would be about two weeks. Was called in two weeks to pick up rings. Much to my surprise when I arrived to find out only the band came in. Was told I would receive a call when my ring to the set came in. Two weeks later still no call. I called store and was put on a very long hold. Manager came on phone and told me that my ring supposedly was lost by UPS. I understand things happening beyond our control so I was not upset. She told me she would put a rush on a replacement ring. Was told two weeks. I called this morning which is a little over two weeks and still no ring. Was told that their delivery was not received yet (around 1ish this afternoon) but they should receive delivery later this afternoon. I called back at 4:22 pm this afternoon and was told “yes ring is in and it is ready for pick up”. I drove thirty minutes to only find out that it was “still at supplier being sized”. Of course no one in store would admit that they spoke with me. Now we are over a month and I still am without a ring and my first payment is coming up. I am disgusted with this service. I will say Kolby was an awesome salesmen and a pleasure to have done business with. The rest of my experience with this company has been extremely poor and I will never recommend them nor will I purchase any other items. I took it to Kay's in Locust Grove for an inspection on May 9th, just 6 months later and was advised that I had two loose diamonds, loose halo, and that the prongs that hold the halo were bent. The store sent it off for repair and I was given a repair date of May 26th. I received a call on the 24th saying that the ring was in the store but had to be sent off once again because apparently the initial issues had not been addressed. I instructed them to wait before sending it off because I wanted to see what had been done. I arrived at the store to see the same diamonds very loose still after my ring was gone for 2 weeks and one day. So it had to be sent off to repair once again and I was told by Forest that he would rush the order and gave me a promise date of May 28th. When he told me that it would be back on that date I reminded him that that was a holiday and he assured me that it didn't matter they would be open and I would have my ring back. I just called the store and was told that my ring isn't back yet because of the holiday. For the price ($6,000) the quality isn't what I expected. Read moreWent to this store to pick out a pillow gift for my fiance on the night of our wedding. I picked out a custom wristlet with her soon to be initials on it. The store took my card, charged me, and told me it would be ready in plenty of time. A week before the wedding, I realized I need to go pick the item up. Tried calling the store to see if I could ship it. Called morning, noon and night for three straight days and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. So, I called corporate. It then took corporate 11 minutes to get someone on the phone after calling some unpublished number. Come to find out, they were unable to place my order and supposedly called me two weeks ago to let me know the order was cancelled. Interestingly enough, no one left me a message and there is no record of the phone call on my bill. Even more interesting, they never refunded my money that they charged. I asked to speak with a manager and was told that one wasn't available, but they would call me back later in the day. I'm going to do a chargeback through my Credit Card Company and call it a day.
