their fees are insane. i get having fees for certain things to cover on their part but they are definitely just taking extra money. first off i ordered something- shipping was TEN dollars. that’s so high especially for a company that was only shipping something an hour to me. i asked them why and they said “handling”. shouldn’t a regular shipping fee (like 3-6 dollars) cover shipping and handling? so pretty much i’m paying them extra to grab a dress and put it in a bag even though their employees are already getting paid for that. i’m like okay whatever because i need this dress for family pics

i get the dress- bad quality fabric, see through, start my return. i payed $68 and am ONLY getting $40 back. what???? i’ve never had that big of a difference anywhere. i get shipping not being refunded but then they charge me AGAIN for handling and some other fees. like do they not have enough money from their overpriced dresses to pay their employees? but then it says if i choose to buy something online right then and there they will give me a $60 gift card. so really i can get $60 back, they just will take over $20 if i don’t buy from their store. insane

I am very impressed with the flow and functionality of the website compared to other online distributors, the quality of clothes at the price point, and the customer service I have received with Roolee. The chat function on the website is very easy to use with quick and clear communication. I have recently used the "try at home" option which is an awesome option for those of us that are limiting going into stores during the pandemic. Samantha helped with my most recent order and did a great job of helping me out with adjusting my pricing since a few of my items ordered went on sale after I had the items shipped for my "Try at Home." Thanks Samantha! You're a gem! The only drawback is not being able to ship the items back that I did not want for free, but honestly I would rather pay for the shipping label than pay for the gas (not to mention taking the time) to go to a store twice to return something because a lot of places are not allowing people to try on clothes before buying (which, for the record, I agree with due to the COVID 19 health crisis.) I appreciate that Roolee has given me this option. Very impressed! I would highly recommend...

Roolee is my absolute favorite store! I want to own every piece of clothing they sell, but they also have a wide variety of other items such as accessories, household decor, and beauty products! I love that the style of this store is very trendy and fun while being modest and mature. As a size XS it is hard to find fun pieces that fit both these style requirements in other stores. I love that the quality of these items is top notch and the materials used are strong. My clothes from Roolee have lasted me a long time. It’s also nice to know that none of the dresses I buy will be see through or sheer because I’ve experienced that quite often when I order online. I continually get compliments on all my clothing from Roolee!! People ask me all the time where they can get the same pieces! One of the most helpful parts of this business has been their return process. I’ve ordered the wrong size in a couple items but the return process was not only clear but very quick and efficient!
