The worst place to put your items on consignment. Angie is a disorganized mess! I have also spoken with the owner Katrina, who is now trying to back peddle what she already told my sister and I. She told us she would do the right thing for us, said if we had the original receipt of the Gucci bag she would then give me 60% . (In March 2025) for the mess up of the unorganized chaos of her employee! (Who she told me was let go) i have brought in the receipt 3 separate occasions, called spoke to Angie who told me she never got it, who did i give it to, i said you, i handed it directly to you. Then said she would look and try to find it, weeks later i called back, she said she didn't find it yet, and then she found it in a box in the outgoing mail! I mean you can't make this stuff up! What a joke! It's August now! Still not paid

My stuff was lost, I still haven't been paid out for my items, from February 2025 its now August and im still trying to collect money owed to me. I had a brand new still wrapped in original plastic on handles Gucci crossbody bag with a matching wallet. I came in the store several times, was told some bs. Called 8 times left messages, still nothing. Now im getting text messages saying now she will have a check ready. Funny thing is, she doesn't answer back when you ask when! Also its now a huge price reduction on my bag!

Im not in the market of giving away Gucci bags, sorry!

*My advice shop and sell elsewhere. Is this what it means to shop local? That's a hard...

I had a coach purse and a Michael Kors purse there for sale and when the contract ran out I called and we had decided for me to keep it there for a couple more months and then I called again and we decided to keep it there for a couple more months and she was going to sell it on eBay and we talked about going down like $20 I wasn’t going to go any lower than that because I paid a lot of money for these purses and I decided to pick them up today because I was in the neighborhood and they still hadn’t sold as far as I knew and when I got there she told me they sold on eBay one for like $39 and one for $51 that’s not the price that I said I would go to ,it was much lower that she sold them for without even consulting me. I’m not happy at all with my experience! I’ve sold things there before and it was a good experience I don’t know what happened here but I’m not happy I feel like I got ripped off I would’ve given them away first to somebody...

This shop is small but boy, is there something (correction: multiple things) for everyone! I feel so bad because I don’t remember who was helping me but she was so sweet and attentive, and not at all pushy like sometimes consignment shop people can be. She even gave me discounts on things that were full priced + the stuff that was already on sale was 50% off. I spent more money than I usually would simply because I couldn’t pass on the deals! I definitely could’ve spent more because I didn’t even approach the purses or the jewelry since I had to cut myself off at some point. I mean for real, I got two Chico’s blazers/fall coats that easily could’ve been $150-200 in store for $20 each (they were half off)!!!

I will most definitely be back and will be bringing friends with me. Thanks for the great shopping...
