Rainbow Lagoon Swan Boats by Wheel Fun Rentals

It’s was fun for the most part, but be aware when booking online. My booking was for 4 guest, we thought we were getting 2 boats 2 and 2, but when I got to the window and showed my QR code, they just gave us instructions to put on life vest and go grab our boats. another staff was rude and said it’s 1 boat for all 4 of you, and I said how is that, he proceeded to tell me I needed to do 2 separate bookings???? How am I suppose to know that there are no rules or guidance that I needed to do that. Also online it doesn’t say that the swans light up for guest who arrive after 7:30pm, the whole point was to ride the swans with the lights on at night for the whole experience. The same their rules and policy don’t state that. So it was a nice ride but not happy that we did not get the full experience at night so that me and my family could get proper pictures. To be honest, I was really excited to visit this place, but I ended up feeling a little disappointed. Our swan paddle boat was pretty dirty—it was covered in dust, and there were visible shoe marks on the swan’s neck and other parts. Not sure if they were from previous guests or the staff, but they were definitely noticeable. One of our paddles was also super squeaky, which was kind of annoying. I feel like they should pay more attention to maintaining their equipment.

On the positive side, the staff was friendly and nice. They didn’t give us much instruction at first, which seemed odd, but once we got out on the water, we realized why—you can’t really get lost since the area is pretty small. It was also a busy spot with lots of families and people paddling around.

Overall, it was a fun experience, but it would be so much better if they just wiped down the swans between rentals or at least at the start of each shift. A little extra care would make a...

I reserved a boat ride for 6:30 pm as the website specified the lights go on at 6:45pm in hopes to get partial lights off and lights on. We made the assumption (as the website does not clarify) that the lights would just automatically turn on. We paddled away back to where the staff were in request for a battery as we seen boats with lights on had. Over 30 minutes left on our reservation and we were denied due to the time frame of the reservation. This was very disappointing as we explained our circumstance. A gentleman that was there was polite about the situation unlike a female staff that was quick to deny our request. A simple kind gesture due to the misunderstanding would have gone a long way for our families experience.
