Service requests take forever to complete. The gardeners only clean what the public sees SMH
Emailed them about the gutters 2 months ago. Amazes me they do not have yearly cleaning, this is well over a year of build up.
Think of all the spiders, pests, cockroaches, snakes coming from these bushes and trees right into your apartment balcony. Or all the spiders building nests in the gutters because the property cant take care of basic upkeep with lawn care. IF YOU DO NOT LIKE BUGS DO NOT LIVE HERE. I have been bit more times living here than any of the 5 places I have lived. Then, they will charge you for pest control when they are contributing to its distribution.
Update: instead of replying on google to make yourself look good, fix the issues, suggest a plan of action. Do not ask me to reply to the office. Find my name and look up the numerous emails and service requests to correct the issue. I do not need to contact you, the requests have been made.
This is just the bugs, the laundry is worse. We have to pay to go somewhere else because they simply do not keep them clean. They also take forever to dry or they burn your clothes. We pay extra and have to drive to a nice laundry mat.
The pool is always a mess. Lack of security. In clean bathrooms. Not to mention I got in the jacuzzi one day and came home with 15 mosquito bites. This place is a dump and the bugs know it.

   Read moreMaintenance is very helpful and friendly. A couple of the staff that have been there awhile, especially Morgan and Marvin, are always very helpful and friendly. Morgan helped me out one night last year when I had a plumbing emergency and I was very thankful for his quick response time and polite manner even if my plumbing emergencyinterrupted his dinner plans. Maintenance requests sometimes take longer than they should but I don't fault the maintenence staff for that, I think there just needs to be more staff, honestly. Everytime I speak with maintenance staff theyre always working very hard.
We have some concerns regarding security in the complex as of late. There needs to be more cameras on the premises in common areas and at community entrances. An overnight security guard who does more than lock the laundry room would also be beneficial and make the community safer.
Overall the apartments are nice but you get the typical issues you see with large companies where sometimes they'd rather do the cheaper fixes immediately than invest in longterm solutions.

   Read moreThese apartments were okay prior to the Covid-19 pandemic. Now they are a rip-off.
The amenities were closed with no compensation to residents for over two months during the least dangerous part of the pandemic. Now that the virus is objectively more widespread, and hence the contagion risk is higher, the management have re-opened the amenities (pools, hot-tubs) but with arbitrarily limited hours that make it almost impossible for people with essential jobs to enjoy them. Finally, the community rules regarding amenity usage that limit the number of people in shared spaces at one time are repeatedly violated with no response, representing a safety risk to all due to the large groups of people. The management is resistant to any feedback and not helpful.
Addendum post-response from management: You have a concern for safety? You have allowed large groups of people to use the amenity spaces without maintaining social distancing and without masks. Person-to-person transmission is the driving force behind proliferation of the virus. Perhaps you should review the science from the CDC. I wish it were possible to give...
