Bob came out to throughly clean my DCS gas bbq today....After making the appointment, Bob was professional in both confirming the appointment the next day and also provided an hours notice before his arrival on the designated day. He was very organized and was careful to protect the surrounding outdoor kitchen with covers and worked from portable folding tables that he included with his needed equipment....The finished result was just excellent with the bbq looking almost as new and completed in less time than I expected...!! While here I asked Bob to take a look at my outdoor gas fireplace log and look forward to having Bob do some needed repairs to the burner assembly as well. Outstanding experience - great communication and service. I needed to replace my lighter on my grill and troubleshoot a gas fire pit. Another big competitor who offered to "doctor" up my grills had a much higher service fee which they would charge whether or not they could fix the problem. (their phone sales clerk had no idea whether they could actually fix the problem). Bob had much more reasonable rates, had me text him pictures of the issues, and was able to assure me that they could fix the problem. He sent me a clear and concise bid covering the worst case scenario - his crew fixed the problem in less than half the time and the bill was about half the estimated cost. His crew even game me some money saving advice re: my heat lamps. I highly recommend Southern California Grill...

First, they were they were easy to schedule a cleaning appointment.

Next, Rohan kept me informed as to when he would arrive within the window given. He ended up being able to come much earlier than I expected, which was what I was hoping for!

Rohan was AMAZING! As you can see from the pictures, he turned our very dirty, semi-functioning barbecue into a gleaming, like-new, fully functioning, beautiful barbecue! He even ordered replacement light covers for those that were cracked. And he did it all amazingly quickly!
