Sprouts Farmers Market — Attraction in Long Beach

I've been to several a Sprouts and couldn't be more pleased than I am to have such a shining example of wonderful and genuine people helping people discover a better path to delicious nutrition, health, and wellness. In an Era artificial everything (sugar, people, & intelligence?) Sprouts in Long Beach provides an oasis and what feels to me like a deep breath released upon walking in. This store has an amazing butcher and deli, & ridiculous selection of quick meals Togo if you're working late or still working. Produce is fresh consistently and worth the difference in pennies one may sacrifice elsewhere. The thing that kills me me about this Sprouts...the people who work there are without a doubt, the most authentic and overall positive/helpful employees I have ever had the pleasure of encountering. Every time i visit this location, every employee is engaging, interacting with guests or fellow employees- there's always a positive and jovial energy flowing through this store. Lou is one the employees (there are so many great people here!) That embodies this sentiment. though was busy doing something, Lou went out of her way to interact and connect with me, even after we concluded the random item for which I was searching was not there. Her beautiful & authentic smile combined with sincere attentive/compassion were so refreshing. Thank you! I'll definitely be back for that wellness shot of turmeric & ginger (actually quite tasty, guess the ones I've had prior painted a poor picture.) Lou was a special reprieve from the traffic circle on PCH, but before leaving, another wonderful young lady only added to this fortuitous shopping experience. Isabel really put me over the top, with genuine laughter, smiles and not necessarily making me feel important (as a customer which is cool) but rather, she like Lou, made me feel seen and acknowledged. Thank you Isabel, and thank Lou ,I appreciate you!!! I'll definitely be back for the quick meals, deli (boars head), and kick but produce...& hopefully to say hi and see what else I'm missing out on besides wellness shots. Wonderful market, beyond amazing employees. Thank you...

A little disappointed! My first 3 experiences have been less than good. I spoke with Krissy over the phone, asking if she had a certain incense in stock. She reassured that she had many in stock that she will hold 2 different scents of incense each for a total of 4, “so no one can take them.” I let her know I’ll be there at 1430. Upon arrival I waited in the pick up parking spot for 10mins or more, before deciding to go inside of the store. All 3 visits took longer than usual 10+ mins. My complaint is that when I approached her, she acknowledged me, but stated she only had one of the scents instead of two. I rushed from San Pedro because she claimed she will hold all 4 until I arrived. You lied Krissy & waisted my time. Then I get to the register to return the unwanted items, the cashier told me I had to make the return through Insta cart!!. Why when I bought these items off Sprouts website?!. I left without making a fuss. Management please train your employees properly they’re misinformed about what is going on. Thanks to the manager who realized on my first visit that the store messed up my order & waited 20+ mins in parking. I appreciate the gift card....

Came in today with my mother to get her out of the house as she's been going through a lot lately and I needed to buy some steak for my daughter and prefer to buy her better quality meat since she started eating solids recently. VERY disappointed in the store Associates. Right off the bat I felt that I was being watched. I tried to ignore and hope that I was wrong however when I was heading towards the self check out it one of the male employees signaled to one of the girl cashiers to watch us and as I was going to self check out she was looking over her shoulder to see if I was going to pay and to make things worse she even went around to the register that faces the self check out to make sure I was going to pay. I cant begin to express how humiliating that feels like especially with my mother there to experience being racially profiled on a day that was just supposed to be a quick easy outting. Apparently I am not the only person that has experience this as someone else on these reviews had a similar experience as well . Goes to show it probably happens often people just don't bother to write reviews so shoppers beware they racially...
