Today I received a $93 parking ticket from a Parking Enforcement officer while I was standing right in front of my car, asking for water at Bacio di Latte on Canon Drive to deal with a mechanical issue — the radiator was overheating.

The officer was rude and unprofessional, showing no understanding or courtesy for the emergency situation. I was not abandoning my vehicle, and it was clear I was trying to resolve a problem.

This kind of behavior is not what you expect in Beverly Hills, a city known for class, respect, and professionalism. I hope the city reviews how its staff treats people in real-world...
