The service we received from our server, Kai, and manager, Sierra, was nothing short of exceptional. Kai was attentive and knowledgeable, guiding us through the menu with genuine enthusiasm and offering insightful recommendations that enhanced our dining experience. His attention to detail and warm, welcoming demeanor made us feel truly valued as guests. Sierra, the manager, further elevated our evening with her professional yet personable approach, checking in to ensure everything was to our liking and going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Their combined efforts created a seamless and memorable dining experience that perfectly complemented the exquisite food.
As a chef with a deep appreciation for flavor and technique, I was thoroughly impressed with the menu served today at NUA.
The Eggplant Baba Ghanoush was a revelation—its unexpected sweetness from the date syrup harmonized beautifully with the earthy notes of tomato, scallions, pickled onions, and tahini, creating a symphony of flavors that danced on the palate. The Hummus is in a league of its own, with a unique aeration that gives it a light, fluffy texture—truly unlike anything I’ve experienced before.
The Seasonal Rainbow Beet Salad was a standout, dressed to perfection with a bright, summery profile. The roasted beets paired exquisitely with ripe cherry tomatoes, crisp Persian cucumbers, and leafy organic greens, making every bite a celebration of fresh, vibrant flavors.
The Borekas took a delightful twist on tradition, with a crispy, flaky pastry dough studded with black and white sesame seeds, elevated by an electric chili pesto that invigorated the entire dish.
The Schnitzel was another triumph—a tender, brined chicken breast, delicately breaded and served with ripe tomatoes, pickles, and a generous spread of that unforgettable hummus, all nestled between slices of traditional challah bread.
And to finish, the Halavah Ice Cream Parfait was simply superb, with the rich, nutty tahini and sweet date syrup rounding off the meal in the most indulgent way.
This menu is a true testament to the art of Israeli classics as each dish carefully crafted with flavor, texture, and presentation in mind.

Read moreSo here I was lost little ohio girl wide eyed and literally following Google to a bar in Beverly hills when I walk into a rich party in a bar. Dressed mind you, in a eevee jacket, a black tank top that reads not my problem, and some very tight leggings. Now it's obvious I'm not with the party lol. Immediately the cute bartender greets me and doesn't judge me, offers me my drink of choice.
The owner of the place a handsome younger Israeli man is literally serving customers and taking orders, his cousin who has long pretty hair is helping. None of these people bat an eye at me crashing their party and being a helpless little lost lamb. The chef, who as it seems is true to the theme of this place handsome and tall, compliments my jacket and even stops to talk to me for a bit. He told me something along the lines of the wise man watches the ant while showing me pictures on his phone pf his children and stuff.
All in all id have to say this was the highlight of my trip, the best part of my wandering around Beverly hills and getting lost. And just the most heartwarming way to feel welcome somewhere where you know no one and your all alone.
The food was amazing, the drinks were great, everyone there was warm inviting, and when I came back after seeing the valet coughing and shivering to order him a hot drink they gave me a tea for him for free. Not everyone in Beverly hills is like you'd imagine. There are some really good people and the people of nua are those type of people. I only wish I could have went back but alas my plan leaves in a few hours and I ran out of money...
Read moreI’m absolutely devastated to write this review, but as a parent, I feel compelled to share our experience at Nua, which completely ruined what should have been the happiest day for our child. We had planned a special birthday celebration for our little one, complete with entertainment, and despite providing the full insurance as requested, your so-called "manager" refused to allow the entertainment. Her rude and dismissive behavior was beyond unacceptable, especially when you're dealing with a child’s birthday!
This was supposed to be a magical day for our child, and instead, it turned into a nightmare. The “manager,” who acted more like a self-appointed insurance expert, was not only disrespectful but completely unfit for a role where customer service should be the priority. Her cold, condescending attitude left our guests and us shocked. How dare someone treat a child’s special day with such disregard?
Now, thanks to her, our child and the entire party will forever associate Nua with disappointment, frustration, and embarrassment. Your restaurant is now known among all our friends and family as the place that destroyed a child’s birthday, all because of an incompetent, rude employee who has no business being in hospitality.
For the sake of future families, I hope the owners, Ronnie Benarie and Yoav Schverd, take a hard look at how this situation was handled and make the necessary changes. No child deserves to have their day...
