KeyMe kiosks are incredibly high-priced and not accurate. Last week I had three keys made at a Kiosk. None of them worked. They were $10 for all three I think. Today I went to another machine and the price was $8.99 for a basic key with nothing fancy. Went to another location where each "cheapest key" was $9.99. (Last week they were $3 or $4 each.) When I called to inquire why the price jump was so high was told: "Prices at all KeyMe kiosks are the same...Except for big cities where they might be higher." When I asked if that's the case (uniform pricing) why three different machines within the same area had three different prices for the same key I was told, "Maybe they're raising the prices everywhere and you got lucky!" Getting keys back that don't work at all isn't worth the cost or hassle. If you're in need at 3a, give it a shot. But hand-made keys are a whole lot cheaper and haven't seemed...
