Caffe Laundry 24 — Attraction in Los Angeles

I been here a few times. My mother loves this place. Its big and they keep it very clean. Today at 8: 00am i spoke to the lady that works there that cleans and is around because i wanted to bring a small issue i had. I spoke to her and i told her i payed 4.25 for a heavy and that i didnt want my money back since the machine gave me 18min and the other machine next to it that i payed 4.25 same setting we notice it switch to delicate and so it gave me shorter time. I just wanted to bring it to their attention.

Few minutes later this older asian man, not the usually owner that i seen. Any ways so he comes at me and telling me whats the problem and i clearly states that i wanted to bring it to his attention that he might need to take a look at the machine or software but those words went out the window and all he keeped saying "you choose delicated, whats the problem" i clearly told him again. You might want to take a look at the machine. I dont want my money back just fyi this may have some issues. Any ways all he keep saying no you choose delicate. I said i didnt choose that, i mean come on i come here all the time and i dont mind paying those prices.

All i said i am letting you know so no one else may have the same issue. Just letting you know, i dont need my money back its just to let you know its something wrong. Basically it was you as the costumer are wrong and i got your money and i am right you are wrong. Its funny you try to be a good customer and he wants to act like i dont know what i am talking about.

8:26 the guy wont let it go. He came a few minutes go still trying to prove he is right. Brings the cleaning lady to explain to me the way to use the machine. Since i am hispanic he tells her to explain to me in spanish. It made me upset a bit but i let it go. I told him i know how to use them. I had a horrible experience here awhile back... As I'm approaching the front door, the female security guard simply says "No." So naturally I said: "No what?" I was expecting her to say they closed early or were no longer 24 hours. Nope! She sized me up as a bum and decided I was persona non grata.

I could not believe what happened next.. She locked the door on me and denied me entry. That has never happened to me in my life. Based on my small load of laundry, she decided I wasn't a worthy customer. Because only high rollers go to laundromats, right?

To add insult to injury, she said: "You can't afford this place." I had a thousand dollars in my wallet. I pulled out the wad of cash and said: "What do you call this? Stupid." I've been to far classier places and have never been denied access. Nobody at Saks Fifth Avenue in Beverly Hills locked the door on me or told me I couldn't afford it.

I told the nasty security guard this incident was going to end up on the internet (hello, Google!) I see dozens of other Yelp and Google reviews which describe similar experiences. (I feel better knowing I'm not the only one.) I cannot believe the owners would hire someone who's chasing away good customers. She arbitrarily decides who's not worthy, like the soup character from Seinfeld. NO...

This Laundry shop it's not really good treatment by the Cleaner paying Expensive laundry it's fine But, there is one One person who clean the restroom told me 20mins after clean can be used again and I wait n I wait almost 1hr and 30mins then I ask the other Cleaning lady who clean the Laundry Machine Many times I told her the Other lady who clean restroom Only 20mins I keep telling her only I need is to change my pants so I can put to my Other Clothes to get Laundry But She doesn't Allowed Even I wait long even Clean is don't for more than an hour even the lady told me only 20mins I waste my time keep waiting til it get dark already and I can't even laundry yet then til end I did not Laundry Slippery Cone and Chain Did not removed in like 2 Some of Parents also Complain cuz, there kids really need to pee and they don't have any choice to just Go across street in Galleria Market to use the Restroom there😢😞 This all Happen 05/20/2023 at around 6pm to 8:30pm I feel bad of the owner of this Laundry Shop it's Nice and it's great But Some Cleaning Lady are treat...
