Petersen Building — Local services in Los Angeles

It's a rather large building with not much happening in it. In a sense it's a mini mall, however, since the stores and eateries are macro sized, there are very few of them. I've visited the building a number of times, primarily as an emergency stop at the very large CVS within the building. Seems hunormous compared to the ones back in Michigan. You can also buy Cabana boy type clothes at a 'MUJI', and buy some souvenirs at a 'La La Land'. If you get hungry after all that, well, micro sized shopping, you can eat at the ginormous 'Subway'. It's not like the usual hole in the wall ones, this baby is big like a giant, two floor 'McDonald's'. If you feel the hankering to work off a few pounds, you can pay for a membership at the 'LA Fitness'. Of course, walking up and down all of the stairs helps, too. Hmmm, guess that's it; not...

It's definitely a place to see when you're in Los Angeles! The shops are excellent hard Rock Cafe with excellent food Walmart Target, Marshalls great souvenir shops the $5 shop and try and see the Jimmy Kimmel show for sure while you're there. Everybody's so nice and you meet people from all over the world the stars on the sidewalk are the highlight of everything are the highlight to everything and be sure and check out the handprints and signatures in front of the Famous Chinese Theater, there are tour buses that take you all over, TMZ has a tour bus bus and you can even ride or drive a Ferrari...

There's a Marshalls here. I went in there a few times but I've never actually bought anything there. I'm not saying it's a bad store, I just I don't know I've never found anything in there that I wanted to buy. But I guess some people really like Marshalls because every time I go in there there's lots of people there. Then again there's rarely a line at the checkout, so maybe like me, everyone is in there just Milling about looking at things wondering what everyone else...
