Immanuel Presbyterian Church — Attraction in Los Angeles

I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience trying to attend Candlelight: The Best of Bridgerton on Strings at Immanuel Presbyterian Church. The event organizers provided suggested parking, but when we arrived, the lots were completely full. After being directed to a second location that was also full, we were sent to a third option in an unsafe and poorly lit area. At that point, we were left scrambling to find a secure place to park, which ultimately delayed our arrival. By the time we made it back to the venue, they had stopped accepting tickets.

When I reached out to Fever’s customer service, I was met with a dismissive response stating that the tickets were “strictly non-refundable” and that “nothing could be done.” No acknowledgment of the fact that their parking recommendations were inadequate, no concern for customer safety, and no attempt to offer a solution—just a generic policy response. When I asked to escalate the issue or speak with a manager, I was ignored.

This event was poorly organized, and Fever’s lack of accountability and unwillingness to assist customers in situations beyond their control is unacceptable. Hello My name is Erica Sutton. I never been to your church but I hope I attend one day with my kids. Me and kids have been in the shelter for 7 months now. We where told that there are no section 8 vouchers. Then one of the staff turn around and said that they where section eight voucher here at Whittier Salvation Army. I have been putting in a lot of applications for jobs. Today they closed the cafeteria down and I couldn't feed my kids. I had to pick them up from the ymca. There alone of gossiping going on here. I don't want no part woman trying to fight woman.. They just keep up slot of mess. I'm behind on.my school work and I'm failing my classes because of the loud noise and slot of phone calls from different casemangers that's among on the phone. I do not trust The Whole Child in Lakeshore Los Angeles big liars.. I just want me and my kids have our own place without having g to share with another family member that not my immediate family.
