About Time Cafe is a new cafe open in Koreatown. The shop is very modern, with an industrial style along with greens and wood. It’s very aesthetic and has plenty of seating. They have free wifi, are pet-friendly, and their bathrooms are very clean. You order at the front and can watch the employees making drinks and desserts. The drinks came out fast even though it was slightly busy and the service was helpful for what we wanted to try. Overall, the service and ambiance was exceptional and you should definitely visit to study or just to hang out.
Drinks We ordered the strawberry milk with Einspänner cream, strawberry matcha ade, yuzu peach green tea, and strawberry matcha milk. Each drink ranges from $4-$8 and the portion is actually pretty big compared to a regular size from other coffee shops. The strawberry milk with Einspänner cream was very good but very sweet. The strawberry matcha ade is for the matcha lovers; it has a very earthy matcha taste and a hint of fresh strawberry with the carbonation and it was delicious. The yuzu peach green tea was good as a green tea, but it doesn’t have too much of a peach taste nor was it sweet. We recommend asking for extra sweetener. The strawberry matcha milk wasn’t the best we’ve had. It was a bit powdery and didn’t have too much strawberry flavor. Overall, the drinks are pretty good but just know what type of drink you’re looking for before ordering.
Desserts We ordered the orange ricotta cheesecake and the ube pound cake, each ranging from $7-$9. The orange ricotta cheesecake was delicious! It’s super creamy with a fresh orange flavor and a really nice graham cracker crust. The ube pound cake had a strong ube frosting which I liked, but the poundcake itself was a bit dry. They also have other items like bagels which we’ll have to come back to try. Overall, the desserts were pretty good and we definitely recommend the orange ricotta cheesecake.
Overall The ambiance: 5/5 The drinks: 4/5 The desserts:...
Read moreFirst of all, I found this place through Instagram. Came in with my husband, mom and niece. The service was regarding either the OWNER or MANAGER not the employees. I got a bottle of water and sandwich to go box to throw away. I came from Las Vegas and road trip all the way here to try their place. I was looking for a trash can before I came inside the store while waiting for my husband valet. I threw one of the bottle and a korean woman sat near by said “thank you”. I looked at her and she said “next time throw away your trash before you come in”. So I told her there’s no trash can outside or in the front. She went on and gave me a look and attitude “yeah next time dont throw your trash here”.
I owned a business myself and worked in very similar food business so this type of attitude or how you treat customers is really unacceptable.
Service by the employees were okay but my first impression as soon as I walked in will definitely not make me return and no recommend to anyone. Spend your money elsewhere please. There are so many more coffee shop that are cute and open late around LA area.
Ordered strawberry matcha milk and strawberry ade and potato mochi. Both drinks taste bland and just bad. Took like 2 sips of my strawberry matcha milk then threw away the rest. The strawberry ade was not sweet or flavor at all. Potato mochi was hard like it has been premade for few days.
Surprisingly, she didnt say anything when I threw away the almost full matcha drink and half full strawberry ade.
Also it is $3 valet parking which we ended up paying them more because they are the nicest and greatest experience among all the service I...

If you’re chasing that perfect blend of cozy vibes, aesthetic sips, and brunch that actually lives up to the hype—About Time Cafe is your next stop. I wandered in on a sleepy Sunday and left with a full belly and a phone bursting with food pics. Let’s break it down:
Kyle’s Bagel – Bacon, scrambled eggs, and American cheese tucked into a cloud-soft bagel. It’s the kind of breakfast sandwich that makes you pause mid-bite and whisper “wow” to no one in particular.
Smoked Salmon Bagel – Think crisp arugula, zingy capers, and cucumber slices layered with smoked salmon and red onion. It’s brunch elegance with a punch of flavor.
Matcha Einspänner – Creamy, earthy, and topped with whipped magic. If matcha had a love language, this would be it. Dubai Chocolate Cheesecake – Rich, velvety, and borderline sinful. One bite and you’re transported to dessert heaven.
☕ Vibe Check:
• Upstairs seating = quiet study haven • Downstairs = buzzy with pop tunes and laptop warriors • Dog-friendly patio = bonus points for the pup crowd • WiFi’s a bit slow, but the ambiance makes up for it • One-order minimum per person, so come hungry!
