It was a nightmare!!!! while taking a blood test I felt sick...my eyes blurred, my ears whistled and I told the nurse that I felt sick and I needed to take a horizontal position to make me feel better, as I have a history of this and I already know how to act in such a situation...I was refused help!!! I was told to keep sitting and that I could not be put down now! And I said that I was losing consciousness and that I needed to lie down immediately...they kept me sitting and did not let me out!!! I had to get up by my own efforts and go to lie down on the couch, which was next to me and was absolutely free!!!! They put me down and left! And did not even offer me water!!!! They waited until I felt better, then they took the blood and I left!!! The second time I was analyzed by another nurse, the first one who did not let me out of the seat just left.... I have never met such terrible service in laboratories in my life!!! I was very scared and even at the moment when you feel very bad the nurses can not help and offer elementary water or ammonia!!!! Shame!!!! These are not medical workers!!! This...

I canât quite remember because it was all such a horrible experience. I told her that my veins are very deep and Iâve had a lot of issues in the past. I asked for the manager to come over and I didnât catch her name, but she was wearing a Mickey Mouse sweater. She said to twist the ice packs when I want to use them on my way home. That wouldâve been a nice gesture if she did didnât give me heat packs. My arm is extremely bruised up and Iâve been icing it...

But the hours open are very inconvenient for those working day shifts. Another star off. Staff are great! Theyâre always kind, professional, and efficient. However, wait times can take an hour+ depending on how many people are in the extended waiting rooms across the hall! Parking is at meters on wilshire blvd. If youâre lucky, youâll find a spot. Bring change and a credit card in case one or the other doesnât work on the meters. Buses go down Wilshire, too. This is right next to McArthur Park, a very needy community where our disabled, mentally unwell, untreated addictions, and other homeless...
