We took the sightseeing cruise from 7-9PM on a Friday night and were able to get tickets at 6:30PM. The first 2 decks of the boat had people doing the dinner cruise who had reservations, but people without dinner reservations were still able to purchase food and drinks. We sat on the third deck which was open air. Masks are required in the enclosed areas of the boat. There was plenty of room on the third deck that it didn't feel crowded. They play music throughout the cruise. It was very relaxing and a cool way to see Louisville/Indiana across the river. It was a really good deal at about $16 per person for 2 full hours. Highly recommend!

Great ride on the river. We had the dinner buffet. It was excellent. Roast beef, fried chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans, green and pasta salads. We were one of the last tables to be released to attack the buffet, but there was plenty of food left and enough time to get seconds (and thirds). If you follow directions for parking that are on the website, parking is convenient and reasonable ($3.00)

Lovely evening venture. They had a dj, who played requests, and a dance floor. Unfortunately, the snack bar didn't have any hot chocolate, which would have been perfect for tonight since it was cold out. The boat is well maintained, and equipped with clean restrooms, and the staff are friendly. Before you board, you'll be checked with a metal detector and a bag check, like TSA.

Very nice!! Husband booked dinner reservations for our 9yr anniversary, and it was fun. 9/23 was our date and the gentleman who was the speaker on the boat was so nice and funny!! He tells you bits of history around the area and chose good music. We paid extra for a window seat and it was well worth it. The bridge and all lights up at night and we was lucky as fireworks went off downtown for the end of leukaemia walk and the fireworks where awesome especially from boat view. The food was good, roasted chicken, pulled pork, salad, green beans w/carrots, baked potato, coleslaw, pasta salad, and dessert. The dessert area was a little disappointing (cheap store bought cookies and not sure what the other thing was) but to be honest we was so full after our main meal we never got to dessert! There was also a bar, sodas, lemonade, etc.

All in all great fun and...

What a humiliating experience! I was told at the buffet line that if my ticket said "dinner" I was entitled to food. I got a plate and went to the bar. A manager approached me and said I was NOT entitled to dinner and took my plate away! In front of everyone at the bar! I obviously was not trying to steal since I stopped at the bar. This is a training failure on at least two fronts. The person at the buffet should know the rules and the manager needs to learn how to handle when it's too late to follow the rules. What did she do with the plate of food? Feed the staff? Put it back on the buffet? Throw it away? Everyone makes mistakes. Professionals know how to correct the mistake. The whole experience was exactly the opposite of good...

We went in the beginning of November so understandably it was off season. The food was as expected, good but not fine dining, necessarily. We knew it was buffet so no surprises. Atmosphere could have been vastly improved by hiring a disc jockey who liked his job. The music was loud on all decks and without any mix to appeal to crowd. We began requesting songs hoping to introduce variety to the overly loud annoying song choice preferred by the disc jockey but a few songs and then right back. After yelling over music all night and leaving with a headache, it felt like a two hour trip in a crowded bar that we would have vacated if we had that option. The boat itself was nice and we managed to still enjoy...
