PNC Tower — Local services in Louisville

VERY RUDE female property manager(?) in lounge. Had to locate to the only space available as all seats were taken by non-employees in town for a conference; this space was next to a chair, on a two-foot wide window brim as that was the only area not in direct sunlight for glare. Was in the middle of a meeting with headphones on when she approached & requested I relocate as I could “crush the grate”. I kindly obliged and would have had no issue relocating in principle. Of course, had she not repeated this request four times before I could speak, with unbelievable attitude and patronization. Those on my call commented on how rude the interaction was.

I have never seen this woman before, she is not part of security or front desk. I go to Heine and down to the lounge near daily. This was some sort of management power trip anxiety-ridden tantrum. I have never been spoken to like that before by a stranger in my entire adult life. Management is in serious need of a customer service training....
