I didn't interact with any staff or eat any food so I can't comment on that. My experience was not great. For context, I looked up restaurants near my hotel open after 10 PM (when we would be arriving), the KFC/Taco Bell populated as an option. According to Google, the restaurant was open until 12 midnight. We pulled up to the restaurant and there were several cars in the parking lot (three running and two parked). There was a sign out front saying the lobby was closed but the drive thru was open. We pulled up to the drive through and all the lights were on. We waited. We called "hello?" After several minutes of waiting with no response, we pulled up to the first window, nobody. The second window? Nobody. There was not a body visible anywhere in the restaurant. Getting back out front, the sign indicating the lobby was closed had a phone number. I called. The phone rang and rang. After about 20 rings, I hung up and we left. I understand that stuff happens. Sometimes restaurants run out of inventory or there is a family emergency and someone had to leave early forcing them to close. But whatever the circumstance, when a business advertises certain hours, I would expect at least a sign posted on doors and windows saying, "Sorry, we closed early." Or maybe the hours...
Read moreHave been going to this location for a while now, but every single time we order, it’s like we are ordering something no one has ever heard of. We order ONE crispy strip, one chicken pot pie, and 2 small mashed potatoes and gravy. Every single time, there is something missing or wrong. We had been being charged $2.03 for one tender, and it would come up on the receipt as an al a carte menu item. There’s only been 2 employees who have figured out how to put it in correctly. We either have gotten charged $5 for a kids meal, or they say they cannot do one crispy tender. It’s different every time we go there. Today, I asked for a crispy tender. I gave the kid several seconds to find it on the menu. I repeated it again and then ordered the other items. We get to the park to eat, and there’s no crispy tender, and one fork for 2 mashed potatoes and gravy. We had to break the handle off the fork so my mom could eat her potatoes with the handle, and I could eat the pot pie with the fork part. What the heck is wrong with this company? I have tried numerous times to get a hold of corporate to let them know of multiple issues we have had, and gotten no response. This company really needs to figure out what customer service is, and teach...
Read moreI've lived in the area by this KFC for about 8 years. The building is definitely older than that, and it has a humble exterior. I didn't personally go inside until about 2 months back, and it - blew me away. This is, unironically, the cleanest and most beautifully renovated interior of any fast food joint, even better than chick-fil-a! I don't come here often because I am sadly allergic to 90% of the menu, but my roommate needs her good chicken and homey mashed potato cravings now and then. So we visited last night and had great service, even though I had to decline the offer for a fresh brownie, and I accidentally drove off without accepting back my card!
Chris, the store manager I believe, ran outside in the snow and rain and dark and endangered himself to get my card back to me! I sadly, did not see his attempts and found out only this morning, but he says he has a route he takes to help people that have the same predicament and that goes way above and beyond! Chris, Cindy, and team, thank you so much for making today better, if not for being the best part of the day. Even though I can't personally visit for my dietary reasons, I'll have to drop by for a drink now and then - I highly recommend the...
