Impeccable customer service. From the moment we walked in we were acknowledged and greeted. Seated immediately and brought out beverages by Arlene. Dariel, our waiter was exceptional. I loved his plan of putting the menus at the end of the table to signify when we were ready to order. He took great care of us during our meal. The food... was ok. My mom ordered the Sirloin tips with mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes tasted off/ sour, Dariel was prompt and urgent in his resolve with this. I wasn't impressed with the sirloin tips much either from the bite I had from my moms plate. I had the Spicy Pablano Omelette. It was ok. During our meal, I overheard Arlene give praise to the staff, the kitchen crew included. That was really awesome to see and hear as she acknowledged the great work and teamwork demonstrated by the team. I was entirely more impressed with the customer service at this restaurant vs the food. Pet friendly.

Used to love going to Ihop for the great food and at least a day's worth of take home leftover's. It has been at least a year since I was there last and and left hungry. Ordered the same Bacon Temptation Omelette /w a stack of pancakes; received a reseted the temptation of putting anyting inside the Omelette /w a stack of smaller than I remember pancakes. Last year when I was going there about once a month I knew I couldn't eat everything. I would struggle to finish the Omelette and never considered the pancacks as they were always togo. Even at home I would be fully satisfied with two pancakes at a time. One roll of fluffy scrambled eggs, a stack of 2:1 ratio pancakes, 3 drinks, and -$25 later.... I left hungry.

Eating Gluten-free in Northern Colorado : I really appreciate IHOP for having a gluten friendly pancake option, and there is no up charge for GF. Admittedly, still potential for cross contamination in kitchen hence friendly not free. Pancakes pictured are GF on left and standard on right. We can see how GF receives sealed butter, more thoughtfulness in GF preparation. Cakes were sweet, crispy edges, delicious. Food came out so fast, my date and I barely had time to ignore each other and stare at our phones. Brian provided excellent customer service, thank you!

Normally i am very opposed to writing a negative review about a place as i have ran restaurants for over a decade and know what should be happening, so instead maybe some tips to the manager who was on her phone talking to whom i assume was a friend based on her word choice.

  1. you work in a restaurant that says typically people spend up to an hour here so please don't double that because you aren't capable or don't want to ask for help, or work your job.
  2. when you have a new trainee which i hope she was discuss the differences between adult and child menus and help her when she is clearly fluster. ( i believe she was a trainee because the other waitress lifted her cash tip off our table, which i have seen done in cases where they were a trainee, also there was an honest mix up between the chicken and waffles for jr. and regular menu. clearly my 4 yo wont eat an adult portion)
  3. If a table comes in make sure the orders and drinks go in , in the order those tables arrived. (very large tables obviously will change this. we, a family of four, waited thirty minutes to order drinks which were not correct when they came out even later after that)
  4. Your staff should know what fish and other things that are served specifically. ( it shows you are knowledgeable and are good at your job)
  5. When you are busy maybe wait to send the better employees on break until the 30% capacity building isn't so full. (clearly it was a struggle, one table even left, a 3 top) 6)Space buns the waitress who lifted the cash was very rude and im not sure she is knowledgeable of her demeanor because it seems like that is just how she is. Not ha ha rude like good pun or something, like youre wasting my time because i have to keep asking questions about your food.
  6. why is a manger sitting in the dining room and host station on her phone using expletives while she talks to her "friend on the phone." This is the same employee i saw a few weeks back when we enjoyed our food who was managing the restaurant with her child on her hip.
  7. one thing you couldnt control was the piece of fried hair inside my daughters fried catfish(which i had to ask twice what type of fish and heard all of them say i dont know, including manager girl and the cook)
  8. Clearly training as well as quality need to be taken over by someone who knows how to do their job efficiently.
  9. bathrooms trashed and piss everywhere. Today is November. 12. We came in at about 5:45 maybe close to 6. My bill was for 42.00 and the only person who please me was your flustered waitress who was clearly being trained. Kudos to her, pat her on the back and tell her shes doing good. She was the only on there that i felt was happy to have a job and went out of her way for our table when she wasn't running haphazardly for every other table while space buns was chit catting. our waitress was the...

I don’t know the girls name who was working last night started with a C but man she did make our experience horrible. We were a group of 10 we arrived at about 11 probably earlier because I arrived on my own. When I arrived the waitress was locking the door and I know they close at 12. My group had to come open the door for me. The waitress made it clear she didn’t want to be there and she unapologetic about her behavior. We just wanted to enjoy a nice meal laugh and she totally ruined the experience with her attitude. Every time we would ask a question she gave the attitude that she didn’t want to answer or you weren’t answering quick enough. I ordered a burger and then I was thinking maybe I’ll add something sweet on the side and she made me feel like I shouldn’t ask but my friend called her over and I said I wanted a side of French toast, trust me she was reluctant. Then we needed boxes so everyone said I need one. So she goes do you need one box, and politely said we need 6 boxes because she obviously didn’t have the energy to count. Then the elder at the table told her can I get the check for myself my daughters and said what she order and another did the same. She ignored her and came back with the full receipt. The elder told her want to split the check. She just stared at her and said I can’t because you didn’t tell me before. The elder asked if had cash most people had card. Another person repeated it has to be split and she still didn’t want to. I told her the check has to be split because we are not all connected in way that we can pay each other back plus you never know people financial conditiOn and none of us were in a place where we could pay for the whole tables meals.Even when we got to the register she Es que son muchos. Fact was we needed it split. I think at that point she just didn’t like me because I circled what I ordered and she checked me out last and ignored me every time I spoke. I truly just wanted to tell her find a job the isn’t in customer service because she was never going get anywhere. I watched a 9 months pregnant waitress in Florida give better service and I tipped $100 and this girl nope she got nothing from any of us why because she was not intending on doing her job from the moment we got in and we didn’t have a good time because of her. Also I’m now reading through the comments and obviously the owner doesn’t care and keeps hiring people that reflect their leadership and...

Took my mom there for brunch. She asked the waitress for orange juice and was told they were out. I asked for a Dr. Pepper and the waitress said " We only have Pepsi or Diet Pepsi ." I was shocked! So we had to settle for Pepsi when we don't like pepsi. As we order our foor my daughter wanted to get strawberry crepes with banana with her Ham and Cheese melt. The waitress came back to our table and says " It will be a $1.79 to add the bananas. Do you still want them?" Of course we said No. Then my daughter ordered a hot chocolate and wanted a refill and was told it would be an additional charge. Again, we said no. As we are waiting for our meal we see 2 customers that were seated after us get Orange juice. I called a waitress over and told her "we were told you were out of Orange juice and those people got orange juice when that were seated after us.Can were get an orange juice?" She said " No we are not out and yes you can." Not being able to enjoy our drinks of choice (except my mom at this point) I was pissed off. I wanted to forget the food and go elsewhere but my mom said let's just eat what we ordered. So we stayed. This was the worse brunch I have experienced and I will not go back. The waitress excuse for no Orange juice was " our cook is our manager now and he did not know how to do the ordering." When I told her they were not out of orange juice she said"oh! They must have found a carton." I can tell I bothered her once she told us that. At the end of our meal I had to ask the guy at the cash register for a couple of boxes. When we paid he asked how our meal was and I told him it was horrible. He asked if I wanted to speak with a manager and I said no I will write a review. I asked who the store manager was and a girl told me it was "Mike" but I didn't catch the last name. If your running a restaurant you want to make customers happy so they want to come back. Running out of food or drinks is very bad.I also thought that Ihops were the same all over. In Ft. Collins we get bottomless hot chocolate and no additional chargers for bananas. They even have orange juice and Dr.Pepper. We will continue to go there even if it's farther away because obviously they can run...
