Great Clips — Attraction in Lower Nazareth Township

We usually go to the one in Whitehall (and always have a positive experience!), but this location either better fit my schedule that day.i brought my daughter in for a cut and she LOVES it! I just wish I could remember the name of the stylist! (Dark hair, cool ink, cut Cayce's hair on Thursday around 5ish, used that amazing eucalyptus & tea tree oil spray before cutting?) She was so great - the way had my daughter narrow it down to one look to avoid the guesswork, explained exactly what she was going to do before and while she did it, then did the same while styling her hair so she could get the same look at home. We'll definitely be going here again!

• REGARDING THE LONG WAIT TIMES MENTIONED IN SOME REVIEWS* I find those complaints ridiculous and unnecessary. Great Clips has a super easy system in place, so the wait times are only a problem for people who choose to make it a problem. #1: you can see the wait time online or on the app before you decide which location to go to and when; #2: if you check in through the website/app (which you should definitely do, especially if you're the kind of person who gets bent outta shape having to wait for something but doesn't want to go someplace else where you could, duh, make an appointment) it's hella simple to do and then you can see in real-time how long you have until it's your turn; #3: then you can also choose to receive a text message 15 minutes before you're called, so you can go and do any of the hundreds of available things in that area and not...

On the positive side, Angie does a fabulous job on boy hair. My son’s hair is difficult to cut and she has done a fabulous job....unfortunately we won’t ever be returning. I called today to check if she was working and she was so I was instructed to check in online, which I did. My check in said we had an hour wait, no big deal, we had a few other errands to run as well. BUT we show up and are told that now there is an ADDITIONAL hour wait because 5 people checked in ahead of us but hadn’t showed up yet. Soooo....since they didn’t show up, we still had to wait? I don’t have unlimited hours in a day to sit around and wait for a 15 minute hair cut. In my opinion, when you check in and are told an hour wait, it should be 1 hour, not, surprise now you get an additional hour and that’s ONLY if the other people show up....if not, what then? You have to wait endlessly? Great Clips, you really need to look into a more reliable system...and Angie, you should move up to a better salon, or better yet,...

Will never go back to a great clips again.Worst experience I have ever had which cost my alot of money to try to fix my hair after the awful cut I received.The stylist who did my hair first of all did not even introduce herself.Through out the cut she said maybe two words.I made it very clear to her that I'd simply like to trim the dead ends and was very nervous about taking too much off..I reminded her this multiple times throughout the cut as I got nervous that She was taking way more off than I asked.At the end after I had asked her to please not take anymore off she went back again and tried to trim more.I left in tears and paid for a haircut that ruined my hair.I came in with long beautiful hair and now have choppy uneven mid length hair and had to spend $150 for extensions so I can at least look in the mirror and not be upset.I absolutely do not recommend them to anyone and this has completely ruined my experience on ever letting anyone touch...
