THANK YOU FIVE GUYS!!! A HUGE Thanks to the staff at the Dryland Way, Easton PA location for always making great food, keeping their restaurant clean, being courteous, and for wearing their masks throughout the pandemic and for "continuing" to be masked up! We APPRECIATE your respect for your customers and your staff by trying to keep everyone healthy. My family and I feel safer taking out food from your location and will continue supporting your business! Hoping everyone continues getting vaccinated and wears their masks until the Covid variants are eradicated.

This is how cheeseburgers were meant to be made! These cooked to order burgers and fries are incredible and delicious. They even list where the fries that you are eating came from. We ordered bacon cheeseburger with fries and a strawberry milk shake. The fries are put in a cup that is in a bag then they fill more fries into the bag. You will not leave hungry from this place. Highly recommend trying five guys at least once in your life!

Five Guys is not what it used to be. The atmosphere and the complimentary peanuts are still a thing, yes, but the service, on-time orders, and food quality haven’t really gone down. Even their reputation for putting an inordinate amount of fries beyond the bucket size into the bag is still there! I’ll tell you one thing, though. A vanilla milkshake that good for under $7 is a steal.

Where do I start? 2 star ONLY because the young man at the register was REALLY trying. The manager needs to become a customer. She clearly showed her lack of ability to lead. She was yelling at the young man at the register because he needed help and made an error several times while we were there. Instead of dumping him on register alone when he clearly needed more training perhaps she should LEAD her team and help him succeed. Her lack of leadership also showed in the moral of the rest of the staff. They were not the cheerful group that is the face of this company. Just calling numbers and handing bags instead of "34 Please" "thank you", etc. AND that manager who was criticizing everyone's performance? She was also on the grill and messed up my burger... so... I am less than pleased in this location, which we come to all the time but will look for other options until the poor mamagement...

This is pretty much a cookie-cutter Five Guys at the end of a row of stores. In all appearances, it looks like any other Five Guys. The interior and restrooms appeared clean enough, and I noticed that someone was actually on duty wiping the tables after customers leave.

So my gripes:

Expensive! $7 for a burger? Over $3 for the smallest size of fries? Beverages closer to $3 than $2?? I'm sure there are more affordable places to get a burger.

Why can't I order a burger the way I want it without being questioned every step of the way? Yes, I want both onions and grilled onions. Yes, I want both jalapeno peppers and green peppers.

I understand that it's good for employees to be enthusiastic about their jobs but their banter frequently gets too loud and...

We were starving and googled fast food and saw this place (love Five Guys) so we drove there just after 7pm. Google said they were open until 10. We got there and there was a handwritten sign on the door saying something about they were closing at 7pm, sorry. Oh well. So we wanted to go again the next day since it was on our mind, and this time called in advance (and called, and called, number was always busy). We figured they must be open and busy. We drove all the way there - still closed. We peeked inside and it looked like renovations were going on. So thumbs down to the manager for not updating the google profile with their status, not having a voicemail response on the phone to save folks time and hassle. We...
