I needed some help clarifying something on a product I bought the previous day. I went to the livona location because I was in the area and had the part in hand. Not only did they clearly not want to help me but the person running the store was very rude and said that they don't tell people how to install things. Which I can accept but the way in which he went about it was extremely unprofessional and dare I say rude. I understand protocol but the attitude was not appropriate.

So

I called the Madison heights location and talked to Ron and it was a night and day difference. He was so nice and helpful and easily within 2 minutes helped me understand what I needed clarified while staying professional in their protocol which I'm sure it's for liability purposes. I use City Electric in Madison Heights on a daily basis. I have had nothing but positive experience every time I deal with the staff at this location. Even when they don't have a product or tool I require to complete my jobs they go above and beyond to locate and bring it in to their location to keep me going. I would recommend going to this supply house for any and all your electrical needs.
