D DOG'S LODGE — Attraction in Maitland

Oh, heavens! Those of you who have moved with your pets will understand when I tell you, finding care for them in a new location is sooooo hard! In addition, you must find a groomer and a trainer if your dog has need of those.

Well, in our quest to find our puppy's caregiver, we happened across Katje and her staff at D Dog's Lodge. We have a shy dog who needed additional socialization. Katje and her team eased our Dakota into playtime with one, then two dogs over a period of time during her initial visit. Perfect! She LOVES going to daycare now and Miss Katje always welcomes her with love.

We then arranged for Kota to be groomed with D Dogs. Excellent attention to detail and incredibly affordable. Our pup looked amazing and smelled divine! The best part? Kota was already in a place where she felt comfortable and safe. Beautiful.

Overnight boarding has gone just as well. Kota is well exercised and well fed when we pick her up. In the past, her nervous stomach has required her to be medicated during overnight stays. Not at DDogs! I have never even given her the calming agent our doctor and other boarding facilities have recommended since coming here. Wow.

All I can say is this: If you have a dog, big or small, that needs boarding, day care and grooming services, PLEASE, PLEASE give this place a chance. Not only will you be impressed by the new, clean environment, you'll have peace of mind in leaving your furry friend with someone who will love them almost as well...

I've been taking my dog Arnold to D Dog's for about a week now. This place is unlike any of the other dog resorts I have been to. From the first day I could tell their staff genuinely loves dogs. Every time I come in they know who I am and who my dog is. The facility is A+, my dog stays in a suite unlike other facilities with cages. Also, it is very clean. My favorite aspects of D Dog's is that they separate the dogs into groups according to their size and they provide you with access to a camera to watch your dog live. The groups are very important to me considering my dog got injured at another facility playing with a dog larger than him. Overall, I love everything about these guys and I would recommend anyone who loves animals to go check them out.

As a new dog owner with a full time job and a puppy full of energy, I needed a good place to take Parker some weekdays so that he could play while I was at work. D Dogs Lodge had been recommended to me by a few of my friends of mine and it does not disappoint!

Their screening process and playtime group organization reassured me as an owner that my dog was going to be happy and healthy when staying at D Dogs Lodge. The staff is very friendly and the owner Katia goes above and beyond to get to know each and every dog individually, she knows every dogs names, play style, and personality making for a great daycare host.

I would say my favorite thing about keeping Parker at D Dogs Lodge are the live cameras and daily Facebook pictures...
