I took my laptop to be fixed 3/17, they said it would take 2 weeks to get it fixed. Called them to see if it was ready on 4/5 after not hearing from them, they stated it would be ready by 4/7 or 4/8. On 4/9 after not hearing from them, I went to their office to see if it was ready, it wasnāt. There was a gamer who was dropping off his tower, when he was asked if it was urgent, he stated it was not; but he wanted it ready in two days; by Friday so he could play his video games. Once again, I did not get a call on Friday, so I went in to the office. The gamer that dropped off the tower on 4/9 was picking it up. This was 2 days after he dropped it off. My laptop was never worked on. They refused refunding me the $65.00 I originally paid, stating they can only give you an āestimateā they cannot āguaranteeā how long they are going to keep your laptop for.
Perhaps the decisions they make are based on whether they like you or not. They disrespected me as a person by lying over and over again, telling me my laptop would be ready at a later date. They did not care that I lost customers over this, and they were not respectful of my time. They were not responsible to get the work done, and ethically speaking; they left me speechless. They got a gamers tower fixed in two days but did not touch my laptop in almost a month. Just shows you...

I was in the market for a new PC case because my existing one was both terribly wired (first build) and thus terrible airflow. After discussing options on increased performance with the associate, I decided to purchase the case below and a 3 pack of case fans. Microseconds had a few minutes to spare and allowed me to wire the majority of it together inside the store so I didnt need to have a rat's nest when I got home. I spent nearly an hour later that night swapping all my hardware over and the result looks incredible. Thanks to Microseconds' experience, knowledge, and quality prices I was able to get the case and airflow my PC deserved for both gaming and prolonged life.
