Twin Spring is one of my favorite springs in Manitou Springs. In my opinion, it has a mild flavor; however, you have to get used to spring water because it does not taste like tasteless tap water. The first time you try it, the natural carbonation is odd and the flavor is odd and you may be tempted to spit it out. Don't do it. The naturally carbonated mineral springs in Manitou are full of minerals your body needs and they are natural, so they are easier for your body to absorb. Interestingly, one of the minerals listed in the analysis is lithium. Nice and relaxing. I generally don't drink more than a few glasses/cups or it tends to upset my stomach a little. I have heard several people make lemonade with it, never tried but sounds like it could be good.
