The selection is wide and you can not go wrong with the pricing of everything as everything is 50% off and priced very reasonably! I enjoy my time spent in the shop and hand picking my gems. But the company of the employees has not sat well with me. every time I’ve been in here they are not very welcoming and come off quite rude. The energy shift with them was very much noticed between me and my other two friends! I purchased over $100 in items and my bag was very heavy as the worker handed me my bag and it was not fully secured in my hand I was close to dropping the bag because she was annoyed and giving me attitude about me asking questions, I was very upset because could’ve damaged all of my stones. Wish I would’ve gotten the names of the ladies who were working the last time I was here. Other than the horrible customer service the last couple of times I’ve been in, the selection and prices...

I absolutely would NOT recommend this business to anyone! Unlike other stores who have managed to accommodate customers during covid (ie: social distancing, masks, etc), this business has extremely limited hours and will only allow a shopper at the door, not inside. Their employee was VERY rude to my adult son on Sunday Sept 20th who wanted to purchase a gift for his fiancee. We arrived at the appropriate time per the front door notice, & a younger employee told us 'you will just have to come back later, no entrance allowed!'. On a busy Sunday when other stores are striving for business (especially during a pandemic), this store seems to be hoping to close down very soon per the way they are treating customers. We will not be back & have told many others the same. Plenty of other nicer rock shops in the area... Don't bother...

First off, let me say i cannot emphasize enough how amazing and hardworking the workers here are. I have never had a bad experience shopping here. The product itself is unmatched in beauty and quality, as well as the prices. I prefer this store (& their sister shop) over any rock shop i have ever been to. I read a lot of bad reviews and i cannot say i agree with any of them. So if you base your visit off of reviews, base them off the good ones because this place is phenomenal. Today i came in to pick up some things i got off their instagram and my order wasn't quite ready for me yet, BUT the two in shop today tackled that obstacle with grace!
