If I could do a negative star rating I would. But I had to put a star to leave a review. We contacted them about our wedding, had my fiancé and some of his guys go in and look for suits, first off they weren’t really giving off a positive vibe in the first place and then weren’t very helpful with trying to find suits and make it a special day, the acted very annoyed and bothered. Then they put deposits down on the suits they did find and was told they’d call back Monday afternoon to let us know if they could get the other suits for the guys that weren’t able to come. 4pm hits and we haven’t heard anything so we call. They first act like they have no idea what we’re talking about or what suits were talking about and then when they realize who we are the lady immediately gets an attitude and starts laughing at us for asking simple questions. Just all around rude and childish. And they don’t open up on time, they don’t answer...

This is an over hyped over priced irrelevant store with a crappy return policy. Save your money and look around for other men's store. It's not the 80's or 90's. You can find the same quality at K&G's without the arrogance. Kay's Mens on Cedar in University Hts. Or Mr. Albert's, and even Forman Mills! The problem is that the older population is keeping it business, but it's like an old politician, no longer relevant...but is relying on the same constituents to keep them in office, without term limits! If you're a smart shopper keep looking around. Any time you walk into a store and the guy has to be so rigid to not make a happy. Stay away. Anytime you have a manager that's so into "how long" he's been in the game, but can't tell you how long he's been into the customer base. Stay away. My wife purchased a pair of Gionvanni shoes but they were the wrong size. The store had to get the correct size from another store in their network but suddenly said this will cost an additional $25.00. My wife argued that this policy is not posted and we should have been notified before purchasing.

We spoke with the female cashier and she refused to order the correct size without the $25.00. After a argument, we decided to pay the money because the store only will issue store credits and I really liked the shoes.

My wife has purchased several suits, shoes, and accessories from this location totalling over $1,000 but they have lost a customer over $25.00. It's the principle...
