Response: to say that I didn’t complain about damage is absolutely incorrect, but you have to say what you have to to try and save your business. And if, “I guess this will have to do” means I left happy, that says a lot about your business. During my consultation, i DID mention chunky foils, but how is a secret replacement artist supposed to know that? I had to go straight to another salon and have my natural hair color added back. You run your business poorly, my hair is ruined, every bad review here is full of excuses by you, good luck with that. Just warning potential innocent clients with great hair what they’re walking into.
I wish I could give zero stars. I was recommended this business by someone, and after calling and having a long, detailed conversation about what I wanted with my hair, they seemed receptive and willing, and stated that they had the perfect stylist for me. I had to schedule out a bit to get this perfect stylist for me, which actually made me happier. I showed up to my appointment, and the stylist started doing my hair. IN NO WAY in the manner that I had requested. I have long, thick, very healthy hair. Or, should I say, HAD. I HAD thick, chunky foils and my previous stylist who newly retired used to just foil the roots of my previous foils, never rebleaching bleached hair and never adding more foils than before. Kept my hair super healthy. Also, never required toner as the color came out perfect every time. This girl, Sara, started putting teeny tiny foils in, ever so slowly, and I asked her to thicken them up, and 5 and a half hours later, when rinsing my hair, added like 5 sets of toner, and then prefaced me before allowing me to look in the mirror that she would immediately call the owner and have her fix my hair. My hair was RUINED. Breaking off in CHUNKS. I found out that my stylist had gone into labor the day before, and rather than call me and let me choose another or inform me, they substituted an apprentice to do my hair. No call, no warning, nothing. I used to use thick hair ponytail holders, which barely fit my hair, and now have small ponytail holders to use in my broken, dead, dry and straw-like hair. I rescheduled to allow the owner for fix my hair, AFTER HAVING TO PAY FOR THE PRODUCT USED THIS FAR, only to have a follow up call stating Sara would be redoing my hair. I said no, it’s with the owner. Nobody knew what I was talking about. After 3 phone calls, they scheduled me with the owner. When I showed up, I was told Sara would be redoing my hair under supervision. I refused and let another stylist try to fix my hair. Sara admitted she never told the owner of my situation. My hair is down to my waist, and now that it’s all fallen out, less than half as thick as it was before hand, I imagine it will take 6 years to grow out this damage and start over again. No phone call from any higher ups, no advice on how to restrengthen my hair, no complimentary protein shampoo, nothing. I implore you not to use this business. Unprofessional from front desk to hair staff. They will...

None of what you say is factual and any timeline you speak of is invalid. I have screenshots of every conversation that took place showing that I contacted the salon the very next day, and again the day after I got back from vacation. I never spoke to you, Tessa, personally about any of this and I'm sure what you're hearing is made to save face. My experience with your business and how you respond to customers with valid conerns has been very disappointing. They've made me feel and tried to make ME look like the villain for having a negative experience and losing trust in your salon. Weeks of communication and a follow up appointment to repair took place in between my initial appointment and this review. 6 weeks would not have happened if you would take your customers complaints seriously and respond accordingly, rather than let your stylist try to do it behind your back. Be accountable. I wish google let me post photos. I was gifted a gift card for this salon, which I should have regifted. I asked for their best stylist as I knew exactly what I wanted and I wanted to be sure it was done flawlessly and the stylist understood what I needed. A grown out blended balayage with a rootmelt as my hair grows back extremely fast. I brought multiple pictures for reference. Dani was upbeat and personable and seemed to get exactly was I asked for. She had an assistant who washed and toned me while she tended to another haircut and she came back to me for my haircut. Looking back, I wasn't given a mirror to check out the full effect, and it seemed fine when I left. A little higher and brighter around the face, but overall from a distance I thought it was ok. I had to hurry to work and the next day when I started to style it, I noticed straight harsh lines, no blending no root melt. I contacted right away but was leaving for vacation the next day. The day of my scheduled appointment for repair I has to cancel due to a medical emergency with my son. Trying to contact Dani on Instagram and confirm that I wasn't going to be charged for repair was fruitless and I had to reach out to the company. After more than a month Dani was finally able to get me in for what she called a shades service, I guess is a root melt. But instead I was left with a literal band of color. By this point I just wanted my money back so I could go have my hair repaired, instead I was offered another service, which still, would not give me the desired result. Not to mention I had completely lost my trust with their services. When speaking to the manager and sharing pictures of my hair, she said they totally stand behind their stylists and have a company policy of no refunds. So if you're looking for a salon that offers services for over $500.00 with results worse than a trade school and refusal to take care of their customers this is the...
Read moreI went in to the salon to see Hannah with dirty blonde hair, I had some grow out on my side part with the ends being already blonde. I requested a heavy partial foil on my bangs for a very light blonde. The stylist said this was a do-able process and put the foils in. She didn't put me under heat and stated that the toning would get rid of brassy tones. She washed and toned me and once dried, my hair was VERY brassy. I requested that the stylist re do my hair x 4 days later as it was yellow and brassy, I was asked multiple times by co workers if i used boxed bleach. The stylist re did my hair by painting more bleach on it and it turned out even worse than before. I called the salon to complain and the only resolution offered was to come in so the manager and stylist could "come up with a plan" I declined because my hair cant handle anymore bleach, they had no other resolution and now I am getting my hair redone by a different stylist this weekend. The stylist charge 260$ for about 20 packets of foils and a semi permanent color in the back. I have been getting my hair bleached with foils for 15 years and I would hands down say this is the worst color I have ever seen as a result.
*To answer this comment the company posted below because it wont allow me to respond- My hair hadn't been colored since last may 21 before a Vegas trip, please do not lie to cover your tracks , it truly isn't a good look for you and the picture already speaks volumes about your quality of work. One hair wash is not the reason my hair turned out yellow and brassy, but nice attempt to cover yourself. Your professionality and tact is absolutely repulsive and you should be ashamed to call yourself a business owner. As far as me coming in for a 3rd time, this just isn't realistic, I have spent 5 hours in your salon and the results, to say the least are below standards. Your company lacks skill and accountability and the fact that your post was a complete lie shows how embarrassed you must be for this quality of work. But thank you so much for your quick , unethical and completely false reply. Have a wonderful day and I hope this post can save people money in the future to...
