-10 0/0 This place is a negative ten ratings. First of all I waited over five minutes in line the girl with black pontytail and Asian manager had an entire conversation. They were prepping the buns without gloves, no hygiene standards, then she proceeds to meet me at the front is unable to help me. I stated that I spoke to the manager who the asian male claims to be and that I get to return my Cinnabon products based off of the poor condition they were in she shrugs. He walks over says give me the receipt I confirmed that I called earlier and he approved of exchange keep in mind I did not eat or use any of the food. He says the frosting looks fine and yelled NO-customers cant keep receipts. People have the right to hold onto their own personal records of payment. If you think yellow frosting is fine to you this is the reason why Cinnabon will be out of service honestly RUDE customer service. Based on this BAD experience I will never go here again and honestly they failed to realize without customers you dont have a business or a job! As a person of a diverse background myself I know when I am also being discriminated unfortunately minorities do this to each other and they have poor customer service at this location. Needs to be SHUT-DOWN along with the rest of MapleWood Mall bad business customer service and will not exist...

I told her that, isn't what I ordered. I don't want the prepackaged, days old Cinnabons. I advised, her that I worked at Cinnabons as a child. That the cinnabons, in the boxes are the ones that didn't sale. The Cashier began to laugh... I asked, her to put 6 ok in a box with wax paper & all. Then told me, that it will melt the box.. How, would it melt the box; when they're sold in boxes. I was then offered, by the Manager & cashier more days old Cinnabons. Read moreWorst Cinnabon ever. Drove 25 mins, 5 months pregnant for a Cinnabon and had high Hope's for the turn out.... I left disappointed. I shouldn't have thought twice about requesting fresh cinnabons but I did. Spent almost $20 for 3 items that were cold and not to mention the $5 I spent on a coffee that was terrible. I decided to go back and request a little french vanilla syrup thinking that would help but I got a rude look from who seemed to be the manager and hesitated to even help me. Needless to say the coffee and half the order went to waste. Not even the $2 coupon was worth utilizing here. I should have asked for a refund on the coffee but didn't want to deal with the lack of service again. I will never go back and do not recommend...
