This is the worst place I have ever been in! I recently moved & this is the only place I could go that accepted my insurance in my new area. The Dr spent no more than 5 mins with me. I needed a couple refills on scripts I've been on from my old Dr's. One of them was Duloxetine (an antidepressant/antianxiety med approved for nerve pain from Fibromyalgia). I went to the drug store to pick up my meds & it was never called in so I made another appointment to see the Dr the next day. He told me he would call something else in. He did, he called in a different antidepressant that's not approved for fibromyalgia. He never even ask me why I was taking it or who prescribed it before. When I tried explaining her just walked out of the room like he didn't need to have a conversation with me. I have never been treated so badly or felt so dismissed by a Dr. Until now I thought it was normal for the patient to be involved & understand their care plan. Don't go to...
Read moreI’ve been going to CHI for years. I’m fully insured and can go anywhere. The front desk and pharmacy are top notch. I’m so appreciative of Dr Morelli. I don’t know what the bad reviews are about but he is a knowledgeable and caring physician. I choose to use the Clinic because they’re the best in the Keys. If you live here you are aware that there is not a lot of great care and they are able to help us the best way possible. I never have to wait a long time unless there are a lot of people. This clinic takes minor emergencies so call and make an appointment please if you don’t have an emergency. BTW I have heard great things about the dentist here. I don’t care what language anyone speaks as long as they know what they’re doing. The dental assistant translates for her. This is the Keys and Spanish and Creole are widely spoken here. Part of the...
Read moreI wish they understand the importance of working on schedule. They were sending me text appointment reminders almost every day but when I came 15 minutes before my time the waiting room was packed with patients and apparently there was a backlog of people waiting from yesterday. So no chance to get to the doctor anywhere near my time of appointment. 2-3 hours wait easily. Please understand that not everyone is on Medicaid and have time to spare. People are working and not always possible to take the whole day of. The whole purpose of making an appointment is to avoid long lines and loss of time. Not to mention that staying in a crowded waiting room for hours is unhealthy during the COVID pandemic. And no, masks are not really effective and work as placebo only. The whole healthcare system is getting worth and more...
