Definitely disappointed in the service. Totally understand it’s New Years Day and busy, the lack of communication was just underwhelming. We were told it would take 10 minutes to seat us. So we ordered a Bloody Mary at the bar (it was good) and then waited about 20 minutes until we were seated. Completely fine. We get seated (be mindful it is CASH ONLY) and we have Cassidy take our food order. Maybe it was because we had drinks already that resulted in the lack of any form of hospitality or the question we asked regarding switching hash browns for home fries for an order but she never came back to our table. Not too challenging to say to your customers “just want to let you guys know we can’t do substitutes and it will take a little while for your food to come out”. We were not told it would take over an hour to actually get our food, we weren’t offered any other drinks after finishing ours 10 minutes of sitting down, she never came back to give us updates but every other table near us she would walk by to let them know (when they placed their order) that it would take a little while for the food. Completely disregarded us and never gave us an update. After an hour and 15 minutes of sitting down, waiting for our food, we finally go up to the host to see how much longer it would take for our food. Should it have taken an extra 30 minutes we probably wouldn’t have stayed and only paid for the coffee that we had, but we were told it would take five more minutes. All in all the food is pretty good for what we ordered but the lack of hospitality services was very disappointing. I’ve been in the industry for over 16 years and it’s kind of upsetting to see someone older than you work as a waitress and hate their job or at least hate when customers bring drinks from the bar and substitute hashbrowns for home fries… whatever the case was, I would like to go back for a second chance, maybe at a less busier time of year… But just as Cassidy said to seven other tables around us and not to us, “it’s usually not this busy, I don’t know what’s going on”. Maybe next time we won’t go on New...

Were told we would be seated in 20 minutes, and waited 45. After sitting down we ordered drinks, the waitress returned with them and took our orders. We then waited 1 hour for some simple breakfast foods, like pancakes, hashbrowns, and egg sandwiches (4 people). When the food finally did arrive, half of it was cold, 1/4 of it was good, and the other 1/4 was bland. White cheese doesn't work in grits, its too bland, and their hashbrowns have nearly no seasoning and were a bit undercooked. In the entire 1 hour wait for this mediocre food, we did not see our waitress a single time. A different waitress served out a food, another brought the rest of the food and asked if it was right, later one of these two bused out table. Our waitress literally took our order and left, thought I saw her suddenly appear and bee-line the table once we got up and left our money, very little of which was hers. It took 2 hours for four people to eat mediocre breakfast food that they could cook easier at home in 15 minutes and we only saw our waitress once. This place is terrible. I could have driven all the way to key west and ordered something from a good breakfast place and eaten it by that time. We went to the banana cafe only a day or two prior, and from walking up to getting out food, we only waited a total of about 20-25 minutes. Usually the wait here is a bit longer, but nothing compared to 2 hours, and the food is all amazing.

I used to come to the stuffed pig as a kid, and remember liking it. Either I was just a dumb kid or this place has gotten too big for itself. Building that entire outside tiki hut to allow more customers, but not making adjustments to the kitchen and staff on hand to keep up. Don't waste your TIME, they take quite...

If you're hungry and on a time-table, fair warning here, be prepared to wait...and wait...and wait some more. I decided to try this establishment for my birthday. Arrival time: 11:20 am. Upon being seated, my roommate and I ordered two mimosas. They came on time. Once our order was taken, i.e., French toast and a sausage omelet, we waited until 12:43 pm for the food to finally come to the table. Yes indeed, you heard that right, almost an hour and half later for these most intricate and overwhelmingly complicated dishes to come to completion. While waiting, we were entertained by three iguanas and the waitstaff who seemed more intent on feeding and petting them (I can only hope they washed their hands after doing so?) than servicing tables - a quick scan of the outdoor area and it was evident, others were a bit perturbed / annoyed as well. Add to this, the outdoor area was not busy, I counted about seven or eight vacant tables.

If you look at the other one-star ratings as it relates to this establishment, you'll see a common theme - wait time. On a good note, the food was delicious!

Finally, as these reviews (most likely) are taken with a grain of salt on behalf of staff and management, perhaps, it might be in order to hire another cook to expedite food orders and wait time. At the minimum, it'll cut down on one-star reviews and at the maximum, you 'll get return customers, which after this experience, I...

We went there around 11 am and they closed at 12 pm. We were in a group of 5 and we got seated around 1130 am. They did tell us there would be a wait which we were fine with. The food did take 30 mins to get to us once we ordered. There was another’s group of 5 that sat down 10 minutes after us that got their food before us. I’m not going to knock them a star for this though as they were pretty busy. I got the Pigs Breakfast for my 6 year old and I to share. There was so much food I’m glad we shared. My husband got the Pig Slopper and he enjoyed it. My sister in law and her child also got the Pigs Breakfast and it was plenty for them both to share. We are from the Midwest and we consider these places greasy spoons and it reminded us of some of our favorite ones back where we are from. I definitely recommend this place. It’s not fancy, but we don’t like fancy. The staff were so friendly. The whole vibe was great. We sat outside as they didn’t have indoor seating at all.

Serving only outside currently, we were sitted after about a 20 minute wait for a table. We were promptly greeted and our drink orders were taken immediately. We went with their specialty, the Ultimate Bloody Mary. You get a choice of vodka and on Sundays it is $2 off. They are only opened till noon on Sundays. Our food took a little longer to arrive but we enjoyed the goodies in the drink, bacon, sausage, shrimp, celery, stuffed olive, black olive, and pickles. Choose from three hot sauces on the table for spice. There was a white board with breakfast specials along with their regular breakfast menu. I had the delicious crab cake eggs Benedict, served with skillet roasted potatoes and english muffin. Yummy. My husband had the country fried steak and biscuit, both topped with white sausage gravy and a side of hash browns. He ate it all and was stuffed. CASH ONLY! Enjoy
