Dream Weaver — Local services in Ocean City

I bought $15 earrings here a couple weeks ago, they’re spiral earrings that go in your ear and spin so you have most of the earring in there. The part that goes through your ear is extremely thin. I asked the employee there if it would come out of my ear since it’s sold without earring backs, she said no they won’t come out. Fast forward that night, one falls out. I come back the next morning to see if they’d be able to sell me one earring since they’re hung singularly on their Wall. Another employee says it’s not their fault since I should’ve used earring backs? I told him what the other employee told me and he said “that’s my sister and she doesn’t work here often she doesn’t know what she’s talking about”???? Very unprofessional as well as irrelevant. He then tells me that I should have asked for earring backs and that they have them in store for this exact reason (so why not put them on the earrings?!). After speaking to the owner, she said the best she can do is sell us another pair for $10. Fine. I bought the extra pair and asked her son for earring backs, he said they don’t have any in that store, they’re in the “Berlin” store. Oh my god ok so I go home and the next day I put on the earrings with rubber earring backs, exactly as they recommended, but the earring is so thin that it is now completely bent out of shape.

I completely support fair trade items but they’re either horrible products if they’re meant to be worn with earring backs, or they’re good products that you risk losing when worn. Either way, I think the store employees and owner could have handled the situation a million times better and I hope this is a learning experience for them so that they can offer their customers...

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE. I started coming into this store over 13 years ago (1st year open) but I was unaware of that. I come down OC every year, sometimes multiple times a year. The reason I've ALWAYS been so drawn to this establishment, isn't for the stones/crystals, not because I don't believe in them, but I wasn't ever knowledgeable on their benefits. Having said that, the reason is, the way this establishment makes me feel. The BEST way for me to describe how I felt, is at HOME. I always felt warm, positive, and extremely comfortable when in this store. Fast forward a decade, I started opening my mind up to Crystal's & Healing Gems, etc. As mentioned previously, I had NO knowledge it them. So who other to go and gain the knowledge? DREAM WEAVER! Now I'm communicating and asking questions, gaining knowledge. I always knew this establishment was opened, operated and ran by Family. But little did I know, today, I would actually consider them part of my Family. They have the most BEAUTIFUL souls, along with the PUREST hearts. PS. Products are the BEST quality, coming from Peru, India, Ecuador, Nepaol, Brazil, as well as local handmade products. All Stones & Crystal's are not only HAND PICKED by this Family but they're AUTHENTIC. Do yourself a favor, go to DREAM WEAVERS on North Divsion on the boardwalk. This shop should have a 500/5, it is my ABSOLUTE favorite shop on the entire boardwalk... actually it is probably my favorite shop EVER! I have been coming into this shop for YEARS, and it hasn’t dissappointed me once!

The staff are friendly, kind, loving, peaceful, and patient. You walk in as a stranger, and leave as a friend. The really seem to care about you as a person, not just your money! I went to buy a black onyx bracelet, and the boy suggested that I try it on because it would probably be too big...IT WAS! We had a full blown conversation for about 10 minutes about what seemed like everything under the sun!

The goodies are plentiful, and there is such a variety! I told my husband I was going to spend all of my money in this store, and so far I am proving myself right. I haven’t bought anything from any other shops. They have such a wide range of options, and everything is so beautiful and unique. The prices are EXTREMELY reasonable, and the products are high in quality!

You can tell the people who work here put their heart and soul into the place. The minute you walk in, you can just feel the positive energy.

If you are in Ocean City, this is the one shop that you NEED to visit!
