Quiet Storm Surf Shop — Local services in Ocean City

We went to the store on Tuesday 5/22/2018 and we spent about $200 on clothes. We went back on Wednesday and spent about $300. Well in that $300 was a watch that was made by shark 🦈 and boy did I get bit. I call them an hour later and asked about returning the watch ⌚️ and all I got was (sorry 😐 no can do.) I said we could not set it and the strap was too short and it didn't come with instructions to set it and I was told that I needed to go on line if I wanted to Learn how to set my new watch. (really) I asked if I could exchange the watch for other merchandise and I got the ( no can do.) I asked if I bring the watch in and they can't set it would they refund me for the watch,I got another ( sorry) I asked them if they could go get a watch out of the display case and walk me through setting it,and was told,we are about to close so I was told ( no can do.)

I have to admit, I have went into this store countless times during my week-long stay in OC. I rarely come out empty handed. Their selection is remarkable, and their staff are great!

Sunglass Steve is a wonderful sales attendant. He truly cares about the customer, and not just the sale. He wants what’s best for you and is very knowledgeable.

Karah (Manager) and Darrah? (Young Irish Dude) are absolutely PHENOMENAL. Their customer service is like no other. I went in with a complication, and they were BEYOND helpful, accommodating, understanding, and sweet. I wish I could rate this place higher.

The aesthetic of this place is breathtaking. Everyone gravitates into this place, and it is still kept so nicely! It is a staple in your OC...

This store is the best on the boardwalk/ocean city in general!! Huge thanks to Steve for helping my boyfriend purchase Sunglasses for him and myself. He is a great employee and salesperson! He will answer any & all questions you have while being patient and always smiling and he is a sunglass genius!! Also a huge thank you to bill for a great quick and easy check out while Steve made sure our Oakley’s were clean and we knew the importance of registering them. They make sure you walk out...
