Store manager was very unprofessional loud and aggressive. I and my wife came in this morning to transfer our personal accounts which we have had with Verizon for many years . To our business account. The young lady who was new as the store manager said was great helpful professional. The store manager a heavy set white male in dress clothes was not. When my wife asked the young lady about the transfer the store manager said it’s going to take to long give them the 1800 number . She is new and it’s going to take to long. Then we’re my wife was standing he told the customers behind her to come on up and did not say excuse me to my wife or anything was super dismissive and disrespectful. So I stepped in and made him aware that his behavior and actions were disrespectful and unprofessional. He became super combative and even more disrespectful. Raised his voice and talked over me saying I offered to help u . I said no u did not u said it was going to take to long and get them the number and u can call them. Next you pushed my wife aside didnt excuse yourself and simply moved people up pushing her aside . He kept yelling you have a great day aggressively and disrespectfully and dismissive. I informed him I am a regional manager in retail and his behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. He kept yelling have a great day. He was rude to us and the new associate who I saw was super embarrassed of his actions. I would like someone from Verizon outside of this store to contact me personally. Read moreAfter a LONG weekend of bad luck, I finally had some luck come to me in the form of Zach and Ashley when I went to Verizon to purchase a new google pixel after my old one had been stolen. I recently moved to Mauldin and decided to give this location a shot instead of my normal one since it was closer. It's going to be my go-to store now. Zach was upbeat and lifted my mood from the past couple of days and was able to get into my account and set up this new phone while cutting the connection with the one that had been taken. He was very helpful and made the process go smoothly. He explained all the new charges and what I might see in the upcoming phone bills so that I wouldn't be confused when I saw them, which I greatly appreciated. I was introduced to Ashley as this was his sister, and she had come in for her shift while he was helping me. Later that night I had been trying to get my apps to download and had managed to log myself out of the account. I went back down to the store in hopes they could undo my handiwork. Ashley was there, and immediately recognized me, greeting me with sincere friendliness and concern for my issue. She was able to help me get back into my account and went above and beyond to make sure all my apps I wanted had downloaded before I left the store. Zach and Ashley really turned my week around with thier customer service, and while I don't want to buy a new phone anytime soon-- I will actually look forward to visting this...
Read moreI have been to multiple Verizon stores, but I have never been as impressed as I was when I visited the Mauldin location! The entire staff displayed a level of professionalism that is rare to come by these days. Due to a technical glitch in my line of my family plan, I had to visit the store a few times before the issue was resolved. Jake was the salesman that primarily helped me during all of my visits. He worked extremely hard to resolve the issue, and he ultimately did. He was accessible, prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He kept me informed and even worked on resolving my issue when I wasn’t there. I can’t thank you enough, Jake!
I wish that I had gotten the names of the other staff members that helped me as well, but I unfortunately didn’t. I wanted to make sure to mention that multiple salesmen came over to help us resolve the issue, although I assume that they wouldn’t be receiving commission on the sale. Everyone working in the store was so friendly and knowledgeable. It was clear that everyone genuinely cared about resolving my issue and making things as easy as possible for me. When I made a second visit to the store, multiple members of the staff recognized me from the day before and approached me to say hello and help us.
