Me and my spouse have been coming to this location for years and have always had a great experience but today, we had to deal with your cashier Mrs Rina. Who decided to talk to us like we were children after another customer allowed us to go in front of her because we only had four items. Mrs Rina didnât even start scanning her stuff on the belt yet because she was dealing with the customer before us both and changing receipt paper. At the time when she sat back down we informed her we just had these four items and then she ignored us, starting scanning the customers items who allowed us to go ahead of her and even also tried telling Mrs Rina that we can go. Mrs Rina then made the comment of âWell I already started scanning I donât know if youâve been paying attention.â And the customer who allowed us to go ahead even apologized. Maybe Mrs Rina should work on her customer service, we were very kind and then she also decided to start joking with the customer About how they work too fast there, even though she didnât start scanning only ignored us.    Read moreI've visited the Mayfield Heights location a few times. The store is clean and does offer some name brand products; however, you can find some of the name brand products at a cheaper price at Marc's, which is at the far end of Eastgate shopping center.
My first impression was Aldi's seems to be a fancier version of a Save A Lot. I mainly come to purchase the brand of Vegan ice cream, which is slightly over $3 a pint, which is a great price. The only thing I need to mention is the area where the ice cream products are located in constantly has freezer burn frost over 90% of the cartons. Not sure if this is due to customers opening the door and taking a long time to make a decision or if their freezer storage area has major issues with freezer burn accumulating on the cartons. Sometimes I have to scratch off the freezer burn frost to see what flavors are available.
This freezer burn frost issue does not seem to be an issue at the Lyndhurst or Willoughby Hills...
Read moreDear cashier, Ciara. My experience with you today was disgusting. I have not had a cashier with such a low customer service ever in my life, and I worked as a cashier myself. I was checking out with one single item while others had way more than that. Your lecture about me not using a spacer bar didn't go unnoticed. Let me explain. As a customer, I am always right, and you need not express your eritation to me. If you can't understand this simple rule, I suggest you find a job isolated from customer service. A factory would do you good. Dear Aldi management, I hope that you find this review helpful in training Ciara a proper behavior as an employee of well-known brand. I will not be shopping at this location because of my experience and will advise all to do so too. There are other locations and stores near, that would not tolerate employees with...
