Old Navy — Local services in Mayfield Heights

In the woman's and Junior sections, the clothing on the racks were all well displayed and in very neat order. The different sizes were easy to find and they had multiple of each size available. They had a lot of different color variations of particular styles as well. I wasn't too impressed by their sale prices but I did like that the clearence items were all in their own separate area. I myself didn't find much that I personally would wear but my 13 year old daughter found quite a bit that she was very pleased with, once she tried them on when we had gotten home. I loved a lot of the infant clothes but was very disappointed that they hadn't any of the items in my son's size. I'm not kidding either...not a single thing in 6-9 or 12 months. First time I walk into the Old Navy store in Mayfield on a Memorial Day Monday (5/26). Turns out that everything in this stylish store is labeled correctly in here. Signs here are labelled professionally and orderly. Went there today to get a coat. News flash: even the sizes of clothing is correctly labeled on hangers. And I love how each pair of pants are folded and stacked, too. Service and staff working here is kind, loving, and, above all, very generous. I have bought four pairs of Old Navy WOW jeans and have no issue with the quality. Every pair I have purchase has shrunk after washing and drying even though the washing instructions indicate to dry in the dryer. I should have learned after pair no. 1, right? The store always said that they couldn't do anything about it so I stopped buying them. I visited the store to purchase joggers and was telling the cashier about my experience with the jeans and she said yes, they become skinny jeans after you dry them! I can wear the pants but they are uncomfortable. There should be a tag stating this if they are aware of the problem. I wear other jeans and dry them all the time...
