This place has a very consistent TERRIBLE customer service; this was the first store in the RGV and kudos! since it opened I have been a client; kudos for the consistent TERRIBLE customer service; it's always like you get your wallet measured to see if you "can afford" their chocolates.
The only reason that I keep coming and the only reason why the one star is because of the product; the product is good and I am sure the founder doesn't condone the TERRIBLE service; also, today I was not offered a bag; I am guessing bidenomics doesn't stipulate providing bags for clients.

By the way, I was reading prior reviews about clients' frustrations with your mask requirements and even at that you FAILED; probably by now you realized that masks DO NOT work for SARS prevention ( I can provide the medical literature for that).

I had Lisa help me she was very , attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making my visit truly enjoyable. She offer me a sample of their sour watermelon, seasonal summer product, She went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience, answering all of my questions about what percent of dark chocolate they have and helping me find the perfect treats in dark chocolate. I needed it as a gift 🎁 and she went all out making it boxed and bowed it was dark chocolate covered cherrys and strawberries and peanut butter buckets. She was very professionalism made me feel appreciated as a customer, and I will definitely be returning for more delicious chocolates. Read moreOn October 3 roughly at 2:30 a young lady was so rude as if she owned the store and felt to act in any manner she wish to handle a heated situation. I did not have my mask on but I did put it on and explain to her that the law has passed that we did not have to wear masks. She said in that business they could do what they like and continue to stare me down after the fact I had put my mask on she could not be quiet like a five year old she felt she had to state her point. Minded you there was no one in the store. I have my own business and have to stay aware of all laws in my business I wear a mask if I see my client wearing one out of respect but don’t if my is comfortable not wearing one.
