My experience has been hit or miss with Mobile Madness. It has varied from excellent( Customer service) to today, "Your Joking Right"? I run a construction business and it is important that my phone is with me. My first experience, Mobile madness forgot to install the new battery I ordered when they had my phone open for repair. Next, A month or two ago I took my phone in for repair and was told they had to order the part. Weeks later I get a call from a teck. apologizing for not calling earlier to let me know that the part was in. Today I called to confirm they had the part before I headed to their store, and was told they did have it. I dropped my phone off to be repaired and left a $20.00 tip for the Tech. I came back, later in the day, After the time I was told my phone would be ready and was told; "they did not have the part and they had not got to my phone". Wasted my time. My advice to Mobile Madness: Do not confirm you have the part you ordered for me if you do not have it. I appreciate you are busy. Other people are busy too. Read moreWe just had an incredible experience here with the staff showing tremendous integrity and customer service focus. We brought my wife's iPhone XS in for a battery replacement. Upon inspecting the phone for the battery installation quote, the representative at the desk pointed out that the screen had some discoloration indicative of a malfunction not caused by physical damage. This screen was also one we had purchased from Mobile Madness 8 months ago. The technician said that he would inspect the screen more closely while replacing the battery to determine if it needed replacement. An hour or two later, we get a call that the phone is ready. Upon pickup, the technician informed me that the battery was replaced at the quoted price and he had also replaced the screen and screen protector under their 1-year screen warranty since the screen defect was not caused by physical damage. I am overjoyed with such excellent customer service and I appreciate the skill and honesty that went into the identification of the issue and addressing it to our benefit. I called the medford store and talked with a woman and told her what had happened and she said they don’t warranty them in house and I would need to contact the manufacture. So I did and even sent them pictures of the item and the box and the responded and said that it was a knock off and was not there product. So I went down to the medford store and talked to the woman who I talked on the phone and she said that no warranty and no money back. Said that she was surprised that it was a knockoff.
