Sense the past time I went into Riggs Outpost bait shop they've added new faces as a business progress The interchange and they take on new people to run their business but unfortunately my encounter what's a young man inside the shop into very bad service where he was acting pretty racist prop giving me a lot of problem one asks to show me about a specific product telling me I was not welcome because I asked to see the product to make sure I was paying the correct funds for what was being sold to me none of our words were to have had exchange where it led to me telling him I'm not in the mood for his BS unfortunately young man then started giving me a lot of profanity more than what I gave him naturally from me being a consumer just asking for a simple give me the price or show me the products name on the package that you're saying that you're selling it was sold in a lunch bag sandwich lunch bag with no names referencing to the product naturally I asked can I see if that was their true productis pathetic for business to have a young man in there and if they're challenged to ask if they're paying for the right product they want to get upset I will never go back being a black man knowing that they are prejudiced place cuz that's how I felt I was treated even so when I first pulled up the young man closed and locked one of their own employees out when it's listed on the web page for them being open that let me know that he had a problem with me as soon as he seen that I was a black man getting out of my...

Scam alert! Stopped at this store to buy bait last weekend. Paid for six dozen shrimp. Gladly tipped the cashier, too. Took the boat out to fish only to find out that the guy put at most 2 dozen live shrimp in my bucket yet charged for six. How would you feel if you spent over $600 to rent a boat, paid as expected for all to find out you got cheated like that? I can understand shorting a customer by a few shrimp but come on!! Called afterwards to complain, spoke to two associates (Anthony & Daniel), but the overcharge was not refunded. Apparently, you have to be present in person for a refund. How is that easy for someone who lives 100 miles away? Also, the website has a pricing sheet and shows the price of live shrimp at $3.75 a dozen. I asked one of the associates why do they charge over $6 for live bait. The answer...uhhh yeah we have not updated that, and yeah we have not but we should, but we have not. Well....update it so people don't waste their time!!! Plenty of local store sell shrimp for less and will give the customer what...
Read moreAgain I'm just looking for a respectable business practice here!! If I sell a guy a 150 dollar combo and he comes back 3 weeks later first time hes used the thing and its clearly broken at a spot not likely by any means and with a factory clean break. It is obvious that theres a defect not an accident where the rod was run over etc. Theres 2 simple remedys. Refund or replace. I paid with my td bank debit card so have record of sale. There was warranty info attached to the thing which I threw away thinking its a Penn I wont need it!! Usually dont........ Im thinking theres a problem at riggs regarding this particular pole where they cannot replace or refund me because the thing should have never sold in the first place.......... I dont know but someone please have the owner call me asap and I'm coming back there tomorrow july4th 2020 if someone does not call me by noon....
