It’s the perfect weekend treat for my boyfriend and I.Personally I stalked their instagram page for the longest time before finally going. But when we went the first time we spent around 30min-1hour just talking with the owner about his passion for his business. We tried the nana bread cookie(which is now a staple when we go my boyfriend’s “favorite cookie” we have to buy all of them when we go.) and the chocolate donut :) both fire I’m not big on cheesecake in general but the cookies and cream was amazing. Read moreWe were told that the dessert chef was so creative that he got fired/quit from several restaurants for refusing to make traditional desserts and coming up with things that are too complex. We were told that he worked in Michelin-star establishments. We were also told that the cheesecake is their best-seller and what they specialize in, even though they only provide samples of cookies, not the cheesecake.
The cheese part of the cheesecake had good flavor, however way too creamy, the crust was pretty bad, and the raspberry sauce was so disgusting it was downright inedible. You'd get a much better value buying a fast food cheesecake. His refusal to make a simple chocolate chip cookie or even a sugar cookie is laughable.
